7 Foundations – (6.3) Baptism in the Holy Spirit – Foundation Fullness

How does the Full Foundation Function?

What can we expect when all 7 Foundations Are Laid?

How will the ministry be elevated to a Higher Dimensions?

What examples have been given to indicate the Next Dimension?

Leo Fenton (2014-2015)

If we cannot identify the end result or eternal benefit after we have struggled through all these seven Foundations, why would anyone want to begin?

If it was really possible to have each Foundation deeply rooted in our life as a solid rock Foundation, what could we expect to experience as the full Christian Life?

This is a valid question that deserves a clear answer.

Of course we could give some pat answers that are just clichés because that “Fullness” is so far above our actual experience.

What is truly the ultimate Christian Life might be very difficult to observe today in the visible realm.

If we ever saw what real mature Christianity was visibly, we would have to re-evaluate EVERYTHING concerning the church and the Christian Life.

While these observations are possibly valid, they are still much too abstract to direct us to the real question of “WHY must we have these Seven (7) Foundations as our basic experiences?”

Just a casual observation of the visible church, that obviously lacks these Seven (7) Foundations, should be sufficient reason to seek a valid alternative.

Surely, no one can accuse us of being too critical when we say that what we see is NOT real Christianity.

It is irrefutable that this system of “having” church is NOT preparing mature Christians and certainly not preparing a Kingdom of Priests.

The next series of questions are similar to these.

“If these Seven (7) Foundations are so critical for the Christian Life, why are not all ministries preaching these things?”

That, I cannot answer, but I am wondering the same thing.

While I can see the essential nature of these Seven (7) Foundations, it is clear that other sincere Christians do not see them.

However, there are several Scriptures that have no meaning unless a much higher dimension of Life and ministry are possible.

For example;

John 20:21-23

21 Jesus therefore said to them again, "Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you."

22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.

23 "If you forgive the sins of any, their sins have been forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they have been retained."

Here, we learn that if we can discern how the Father sent Jesus, we can also understand how Christ Jesus intends to send us.

Jesus is the Prototype Son of how we will be sent.

Among the multitude of examples given in Scripture of how He was sent and what He did, we learn that He was specifically sent, among many other things, to preach the Kingdom of God.

Luke 4:43 But He said to them, "I must preach the Kingdom of God to the other cities also, for I was sent for this Purpose."

Luke 7:22 And He answered and said to them, "Go and report to John what you have seen and heard: the BLIND RECEIVE SIGHT, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the POOR HAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHED TO THEM.

Of course, this document is too limited to compile a list of ALL the things that Jesus said and did but in the exact same way that the Father sent Jesus, He sends us.

John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself would not contain the books which were written.

While we may not individually do ALL the works Jesus did, nevertheless, He sends us as a corporate group, called the Church, in the same way the Father sent Him.

John 14:12 "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to the Father.

Just these few verses should convince anyone, who desires to be convinced, that there are much greater things in the calling of the Church, if these Scriptures are going to be fulfilled.

It should be obvious that these “greater works” MUST still be accomplished.

(Unless, of course, Jesus was just hyping the moment).

It should no longer be chic to give idiotic and superficial excuses of why this is not for us during the church age!

Some just assign this to a future time because they assume that Jesus was speaking about the Millennium.

To give a practical and valid example of how the next dimension of ministry should work may require a bit of speculation and guessing.

However, in the Bible, God has revealed a much higher ministry than we see today.

Even if we search church history since the year 100 we do not see this Scripture, assigning the greater works to the church, fulfilled.

It seems clear that even a higher ministry than we see today was demonstrated by Moses, the prophets, by David and others even with the lesser provisions of the Old Covenant.

However beginning with Jesus, a much greater and better Covenant, with far superior provisions, was established for us.

This Covenant was manifested by Paul and also by Peter and John and the other Apostles.

Jesus is the Mediator of the New Covenant!

However, to use these examples of “Apostles” as excuses about THAT time and THIS time and their calling and our calling cannot stand up to the reality of what is already revealed. Why?

God intends for the greater Mysteries to be revealed “through the Church” {consecrated believers} not just through these past Apostolic ministries.

Maybe a poor example would be that the Church in Antioch was started by the believers and not by Apostles.

This example, where they were first called Christians, was surely some kind of prototype for us.

After we have been born from above by the Living and Abiding Word of God and had the solid and experiential Seven (7) Foundations laid in our lives, we are of the exact same new species as Jesus, as Paul, Peter, John and the other Apostles.

If, for example, we have attained to their level of maturity, why couldn’t we do as much as they did?

It might even be possible, as Jesus said, “And greater works shall you do.”

“But why can this responsibility now be assigned to us?”

Because I go unto My Father” is the reason given.

This IS the theme of this document!

What happened when He went to the Father?

Acts 2:32-33

32 "This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses.

33 Therefore having been exalted to the Right Hand of God, and having received from the Father the Promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear.

Now the New Covenant provision was made fully available to the Church in every church age.

Both:

· the New Spirit, the Spirit of Christ, and

· His Spirit, the Holy Spirit,

were available to LIVE in us.

I will come to you is the Spirit of Christ, the Living and Abiding Word of God, along with the indwelling Holy Spirit, makes the Fullness of the Promises instantly available to us during the whole church age!

John 14:16-20

16 "And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;

17 that is the Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you.

18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

19 After a little while the world will behold Me no more; but you will behold Me; because I live, you shall live also.

20 In that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.”

Of course the “I in you” is not Jesus, Who is seated at the Right Hand of God, but is the Spirit of Christ, the Living and Abiding Word of God.

Still, this is not ALL that Jesus promised!

The Fullness of the Promise eliminates EVERY excuse we can possibly generate for the pitiful condition of the visible church.

John 14:21, 23

21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him."

23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and “We” will come to him, and make Our abode with him.

“But, Brother, for us to do the greater works is not even reasonable and this statement appears to condemn us because we are not doing what Jesus said.

Therefore, for you to share that as our current responsibility is much too radical.

Surely, you don’t really believe that is possible?”

According to Scriptures, this is not only possible, but the greater works is just normal.

John 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The Words that I say to you I do not speak on My Own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.

John 12:49 For I did not speak on My Own initiative, but the Father Himself Who sent Me has given Me commandment, what to say, and what to speak.

2 Cor 13:3 since you are seeking for proof of the Christ Who speaks in me, and Who is not weak toward you, but mighty in you.

1 Corinthians 7:10-12

10 But to the married I give instructions, not I, but the Lord, that the wife should not leave her husband

11 (but if she does leave, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband should not send his wife away.

12 But to the rest I say, not the Lord, that if any brother has a wife who is an unbeliever, and she consents to live with him, let him not send her away.

Paul, also, realized that the Living and Abiding Word of God, the Spirit of Christ, was speaking in him.

We are insisting that this is the NORMAL way to minister within the New Covenant provision. Why?

That is how the Father sent Jesus and also how He sent Paul.

“But, Brother, isn’t that just so much rhetoric but far beyond our capacity or calling?”

Not at all! This is all within the New Covenant Promise.

Of course, without the full New Covenant experience, this is quite beyond our capacity.

However, there is NO excuse for not becoming New Covenant believers.

Isaiah 59:20-21

20 And a Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob," declares the LORD.

21 And as for Me, this is My Covenant with them," says the LORD: "My Spirit Who is upon you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring's offspring," says the LORD, "from now and forever."

Once we see how the Father sent Jesus it becomes clear that the higher ministry does NOT need a higher education or bigger buildings.

Even the Holy Spirit does not speak on His Own initiative.

Neither is it necessary for us to speak on our own initiative, as is common today.

How do we know that?

This is because that is exactly how the Father sent Jesus.

“But what about “the greater works?”

The Father” in us must be free to do His works.

All of a sudden it becomes quite clear that the higher ministry or the greater works do not depend upon us but upon the ONES Who are in us.

If they are finally permitted to do Their work through us rather than the work being controlled by us.

“But, Brother, how will we ever be prepared for that level of ministry?”

This may sound trite but by having all Seven (7) Foundations laid solidly and securely within our lives.

John 16:13 “But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the Truth; for He will not speak on His Own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

Even the revelation of TRUTH doesn’t originate with us but with the Holy Spirit Who must be in us before any of this is experiential.

“If this is true, why doesn’t every believer have this ability to do greater works, speak greater things and understand the higher truths and reveal the mysteries that have been hidden from past generations? Isn’t this the Will of God?”

Yes, and it also according to His Eternal Purpose.

“Then what went wrong because we don’t see these things happening?”

This brings us back to the Full (7) Foundations.

It has become quite evident in these last studies that the solid Foundations are not just one level or one course but multi-levels.

It is obvious that some of the Seven (7) Foundations have several levels.

This is especially true of this Sixth Foundation.

In past Power Point studies we showed the Seven (7) Foundations as seven (7) vertical layers.

Now, however, we see each Foundation is laid in several different layers and the seven (7) Foundations as sequential in the horizontal plane.

This creates a continuous Foundation supporting the whole structure for the Christian Life.

The City of God has twelve (12) Foundation stones that support the continuous wall but that is not well explained.

“But, Brother, we were told these Foundations were just doctrines to be taught and studied to prepare a message.

If these Seven (7) Foundations are multiple levels and each layer built upon rock, why are these so neglected?”

The problem is not with God or with His Word or with His Will or with His Purpose.

The problem seems to lie directly with the failure of the “ministries” to move into these “advanced” but “very normal” and “expected” areas of spiritual development.

“But, isn’t maturity just a matter of time spent in “the ministry?”

Of course NOT! Just a casual observation of the current church system should be enough evidence of the immaturity of the ministry.

We must evaluate ministry, not according to titles or degrees but according to the New Covenant Promises.

If we evaluated each ministry by just this one provision and judge if this is experiential in the minister, we might solve the problem.

What if no “minister” could be ordained until he could minister in the dimension of Isaiah 59?

"My Spirit Who is upon you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring,”

would eliminate most professional ministers.

If the “ministries” cannot minister in this New Covenant provision, what hope is there for the poor believers to ever rise up and fulfill the Purpose of God for their generation?

This “church system” is the pitiful result of an ignorant and backslidden ministry that attempts to minister the Gospel like they were holding a class on mathematics or science.

It is a clear possibility that many of these casual and lukewarm ministers have already been vomited out of His Body.

“But then what can we expect to hear from any minister that is outside the Body but still trying to minister?”

Just exactly what we are hearing each Sunday;

“This New Covenant ministry is not for us because we are living under Grace and everything has already been accomplished at Calvary and we are already saved.

Our mansion is already prepared for us in heaven and the Lord is waiting to shake our hand and invite us to sit with Him on the Throne because we have believed something about Jesus. We are already “perfect” in Him.”

These empty “confessions” are really irritating to anyone who has understood God’s Eternal Purpose to have a Kingdom of Priests to rule over the world yet to come.

My thesis for this study is that there are much Higher Realms of:

  • Revelation,
  • Understanding, and
  • Ministry

than we have now experienced or know anything about.

What possible reason could we have to even think that is possible?

That is because Jesus had a much higher ministry than we see today.

However, we are called in the same way He was called.

Paul also had a much higher ministry and so did several people in past church history.

Of course, we must first believe there are higher realms of Life and function than we have experienced, or know anything about, before we can seek them or experience them.

IF we believe “we got it all,” we put a lid on our experience and can grow or develop no more.

This is so common that it is obvious why no more is ever received.

If we sincerely ask God IF THERE IS ANY MORE we might be surprised at how little we have already received.

“Brother, do you mean there are actually ministers and believers who think they already have all that is available?”

Yes! And there are many who think forgiveness of sins is all there is!

A popular evangelist instructs people to “give your life to Christ and be saved.”

However, unless He gives His Life to us we CANNOT be saved. Why?

Because we are saved by HIS LIFE.

“Well, we were told that we are saved by what we believe and confess.”

Rom 5:10 For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His Life.

“But, Brother, doesn’t He have to give Life to everybody who receives Him as personal Savior?”

No! He doesn’t have to do anything!

John 5:21-22

21 "For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them Life, even so the Son also gives Life to whom He wishes.

22 For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son.”

The point I am making is that the level of ministry today is so shallow, and in some cases just a mockery and so absurd, that to think this is ALL THERE IS has to indicate gross ignorance or blindness!

“But why are you so critical of these ministries?”

Selling vitamins and dried food from the pulpit comes to mind!

Or, promising the poor believers a 100-fold return to those who give money to their ministry.

Then if this isn’t “FULLNESS” there might, possibly, be a lot more.

My theory is that there is so much more than we have received now, that what we have now received must be viewed through a microscope in comparison to what is available.

“Then how do these Seven (7) Foundations (laid upon the Rock Christ) provide and prepare us to function in this higher realm?”

Mat 7:24 "Therefore everyone who hears these Words of Mine, and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house upon the rock.

Mat 7:26 "And everyone who hears these Words of Mine, and does not act upon them, will be like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand.

The only difference in these two distinct Foundations is defined as:

  • hearing these Words and acting upon them; OR
  • hearing these Words and failing to act up on them.

It is my theory that it is these Seven Foundations that equip us to “Hear these Words and to act upon them.”

James 1:22-24

22 But prove yourselves doers of the Word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.

23 For if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror;

24 for once he has looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was.

This, alone, should be clear enough evidence to see why preaching some irrelevant “message” each Sunday to a people who never act or do what they hear is a big waste of time.

Then when a con man or preacher preaches garbage, many try to do it.

Those who hear and hear and hear but do not do anything to put into practice what he heard can never retain what he heard or be changed by it.

They forget it immediately so the Living Word cannot benefit them.

Attempting to do anything that is NOT the Living and Abiding Word of God does not apply here.

This problem of irrelevant messages is so rampant in the visible church system that it is no wonder people don’t try to “hear it or do it.”

Suppose that you hear and hear about having the personal Foundations as Life experiences, will that knowledge ever do anything for you?

Of course not, but that lack of personal Foundation will not keep you from “ministering” the concept about the Foundations and how necessary that are.

Most all “messages” preached from the pulpit suddenly become irrelevant. Why?

Babies in pulpit = babies in the pew.

For the most part, in the visible church, we are just preaching to a people who have knowledge but have incomplete Foundations or none at all!

How do we know?

That is because they:

  • hear but do nothing,
  • attend but do not change,
  • pay tithe but are not being redeemed,
  • just sit, are faithful,

but never grow.

The condemnation we hear from “pastors” is “why are these people so lazy or dull?”

The problem is NOT with the people but with those who stand in the pulpit and have no revelation of how simply God has designed this whole church system to work.

It is this “church system” that has deviated from the Plan and Purpose of God by just ignoring the TOTAL New Covenant provision.

The “ministers” learn how to minister by learning the system from the wrong tree of knowledge, and never minister by the New Life that is essential for any priesthood ministry.

“How can we minister by the New Covenant provision?”

By permitting:

  • the Living and Abiding Word of God, the Spirit of Christ, and
  • the Holy Spirit

to speak in us and through us.

Speaking from that realm is Paul’s testimony to the Corinthians.

“How do we “learn” how to speak out from that inner realm of Spirit?”

By speaking in tongues (like Paul) until that kind of “speaking” out from the spirit is just normal.

By by-passing the mind and speaking from the spirit, we begin to minister Spirit and Life out of which comes Truth by Revelation.

It is NOT complicated.

The New Covenant Priesthood ministry will certainly minister in this way! How?

Under the direct illumination of the Seven Spirits of God!

Hebrews 7:15-16

15 And this is clearer still, if another priest arises according to the likeness of Melchizedek,

16 Who has become such not on the basis of a law of physical requirement, but according to the Power of an Indestructible Life.

It seems obvious to me that the ministry, itself, must begin to operate in the supernatural realms of the Spirit of God!

That means:

  • the Spirit of the Father,
  • the Spirit of Christ and

· the Holy Spirit.

It is the Holy Spirit Who wars against the flesh whether that flesh is in the pulpit or in the pew.

The same jealousy, lusts, anger and works of the flesh that are manifest among the Gentiles are also manifest in the sleeping Christian church, who are trusting in themselves.

Several people and ministers get offended when I write about flesh in the pulpit but I have been doing this about 44 years and I have been in hundreds of conferences and a LOT of churches in many countries.

Not only did I minister in the flesh but even though I didn’t recognize it then, now I recognize that most other ministers were in the flesh also.

What a big waste of our time and the time (and tithe) of those who attended the meetings.

Regardless of your Christian affiliation, it is always the Spirit Who wars against the flesh and the flesh that wars against the Spirit. One will win.

If the Spirit is neglected, the flesh will win with no contest.

When the flesh is winning it is full proof that we are neglecting or resisting the Spirit.

No exceptions!

The real tragedy is when flesh is in the pulpit and no one recognizes it.

The purpose of our redemption is to enable us to walk in union and harmony with the Spirit of God.

That means to be constantly filled with the Spirit and to minister “Spirit and Life” by the Spirit.

That is the normal state of the Christian believer. Anything less is sub-normal.

By today’s standards, set by the visible church, to say that we are sub-normal Christians is an understatement.

The normal New Covenant Christian is overcoming the flesh, IF the new inner man is growing.

If we are still controlled by the flesh it is proof that we are sub-normal Christians.

Rom 8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

It would really be embarrassing if this was the actual requirement to be a member of the visible church.

It would be more embarrassing IF this IS the requirement to be a member in the Body of our High Priest!

If this is normal for every Christian, maybe these completed Seven (7) Foundations could be accepted as very important for the church. Why?

Another carry-in dinner or a longer song service or another message on tithing or having a meeting three nights a week plus Sunday morning might not solve the problem of the flesh.

At least it never did in our group.

It was not until Jesus was taken up and received from the Father the Promise of the Holy Spirit that the full dispensation of the Holy Spirit came to earth to empower the New Covenant Church.

It is so clear in Scripture that the time between the ascension of Jesus Christ until He returns again is the dispensation of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ has left the believers in the capable hands of the Holy Spirit so that He might baptize them into one Body and prepare a Bride for Jesus.

It is amazing that the casual believers, in this dispensation of the Holy Spirit, have not fully grasped the fact that, without Him, we can do or be nothing.

The doctrine seems to be

"I have Jesus in my heart. My sins are forgiven. Why should I want more? How can I get more than “saved?”

It is difficult to obtain words strong enough to convey to the casual believers that Jesus has left the Church in the Hands of the Holy Spirit.

He is God's Eunuch Who has been put in charge of the preparation of the Church to fulfill God's Eternal Purpose.

If we remove the Holy Spirit from the Book of Acts, the testimony of the early church would be the same as the testimony of the visible and casual church today.

The work of the early church was a mighty missionary expansion to other lands.

All the necessary and essential Gifts of the Spirit were manifested.

There were miracles taking place and many healings and demons were cast out.

These “ministries” were the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

None of this is speculation because these manifestations are clearly written down for us.

But man in his great wisdom has simply declared that these manifestations have passed away because we no longer need them.

The fact is that the church is either Spirit-filled or it is flesh-filled.

It was witnessed of the early church that they turned the world upside down.

It is witnessed of the church today that the world has turned the church upside down.

That is precisely the difference between being Spirit-filled or being flesh-filled.

Even the casual observer should be able to see a complete change took place from Pentecost onward.

The theory is that this was a transitional time and a unique experience just to get the early church started.

This theological nonsense says; “this manifestation of power was not to be normal for the church today but was just a one-time manifestation.”

The Truth has been turned into a lie because the Spirit of Truth has been ignored by both the casual believer and the casual preacher who becomes his own authority on these matters.

If the church had the revelation that the active work of the Holy Spirit in the individual lives and in the corporate church was a matter of spiritual Life or eternal death, their attitude would surely change.

Many who have received the basic beginning of forgiveness of sins have stumbled over this Rock of offence which accompanies the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

That is this “strange” Gift of tongues.

The casual “minister” has treated this Gift as something inferior to “love” and something to be despised.

Even if it was for today, it is declared to be the very least of the Gifts and of no value.

Some have said this Gift is only for the immature and ignorant and was condemned for its use among the Corinthians.

They, with authority, say that tongues is just baby talk and speaking gibberish and we certainly have grown out of that baby stage.

Just common sense would tell you that every Gift of God is good and to be desired because God doesn't give worthless gifts.

1 Corinthians 1:4-8

4 I thank my God always concerning you, for the Grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus,

5 that in everything you were enriched in Him, in all speech and all knowledge,

6 even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you,

7 so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,

8 Who shall also confirm you to the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

ALL the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are in effect until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, regardless of what the fundamentalists say.

If we just had a revelation of how far man fell and how helpless he is to fully recover and THEN to fulfill God's Eternal Purpose, we would understand something of the depth of work assigned to the Holy Spirit.

This new creation of a new species of man can be compared to the Genesis account when God began a new creation.

In that instance, the whole world was without form and was a total waste.

God was intent upon restoring all things to fulfill His Eternal Purpose.

It was the Holy Spirit Who was sent to accomplish this tremendous work.

He started with nothing and made everything according to the Word of God.

God could express his satisfaction by declaring everything as “GOOD.”

Now that same re-creating work must continue today within each of us.

This time He again starts with dirt, (the called believers), and from that ridiculous substance He sets out to make the pure gold Lampstand Church.

He is very limited because He can ONLY use that which is Christ, the Living and Abiding Word of God, to complete this work.

This glorious Church, which He is at work to complete, did not exist before except in the Mind and the Plan of God.

Now as the Father planned and as the Word speaks, the Holy Spirit creates.

He is taking the “rib” from Christ and forming it into the Bride of Christ.

The natural man is as near to nothing as we can imagine and still just dust / dirt / garbage.

However, man has a much higher opinion of himself and imagines that since he is redeemed dust and educated dust, that is all God expects.

Man is ignorant of the fact that dust cannot create itself into the Bride of Christ.

This “perfection” is the exclusive work of the Holy Spirit.

To be redeemed dust is a great blessing (if that was possible) but God's Eternal Purpose requires GOLD and not dirt from the earth.

Since this Glorious Church is not completed yet, it simply means that we {the corporate Church} must advance to much higher levels of perfection.

Those who have recognized dust for what it really is, will know that “redeemed – saved” dust can be totally self-centered, selfish, self-exalting, egotistical, bad tempered and nasty.

However, the Bride of Christ will be grown up into Christ and be like Christ.

The question is, “How do we get from here to there?”

Redeemed dust must be transformed by the Holy Spirit from what it is, to what it ought to be - Gold perfected for the City of Gold.

It is amazing that this hypothetical “redeemed – saved” dirt {the natural man} doesn't recognize how helpless he is in doing anything to himself, in himself or for himself.

Rather, dust takes pride in its ability and fancies itself as able to prepare itself to sit on the Throne with Jesus.

Dust, believing the same old devilish lie, says "I will exalt myself to the Throne of God".

If we can concede that the active manifestation of the Kingdom of God in the church age is the work of the Holy Spirit, then we must recognize that the Holy Spirit must establish God's Government and His Laws within us.

That is exactly what the New Covenant says He will do.

Ezek 36:27 "And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My Statutes, and you will be careful to observe My Ordinances.

The Kingdom of God was already real, present and manifested in Jesus Christ.

Now it must also become real, present and manifested in the Church that He is Building.

If the Kingdom is really within us, the Holy Spirit is the One Who is causing us to walk in His Way of Holiness.

Most all Christians acknowledge that the Church was birthed on the day of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit came to dwell in the believers in a manifested way.

The boldness of the first church is recognized as the work of the Holy Spirit in the Book of Acts.

Acts 4:31 & 33

31 And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak the Word of God with boldness.

33 And with great Power the apostles were giving witness to the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant Grace was upon them all.

We could then legitimately ask why the Kingdom is not manifest or preached with that same boldness and Power today?

Could it be that we have not given the same attention to the Holy Spirit that they gave Him?

Even if we acknowledged the Holy Spirit as a “present influence” but were not “filled with the Holy Spirit,” could we speak the Word of God with boldness?

The ascended Lord continued His work of preaching and establishing His Kingdom in and through the first Church even as He did while on earth.

However, this time it was by the Spirit of Christ working in the spiritual realm.

Mark 16:20 And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the Word by the signs that followed.

Jesus, the Lord, was being proclaimed as the Risen and Ascended Lord, sitting at the Right Hand of God, the Almighty.

He is now the Living and Ruling King.

The Church on earth was demonstrating practically as “ministry” to the world what had already taken place in Heaven.

Some have said the Book of Acts should be called "The Acts of the Holy Spirit". Why?

Something was always happening.

The Holy Spirit was doing miracles, confirming the Word preached, separating ministries and sending men out into the work that He called them to do.

He was giving gifts and transforming lives so there was a testimony of the Living Christ given without words but the world saw Christians visibly at work.

It was clear that the Holy Spirit was filling the people with Himself and directing the work.

This silly idea of sitting in a pew and calling that “church” and “the work of the Lord,” came along much later, during the dark ages, but that “system” produced nothing like what was just normal in the Book of Acts.

Nevertheless, that pitiful luke-warmness is the best we can hope for if these Seven (7) Critical Foundations continue to be ignored.

Building a “church” of 10,000 believers, who are sitting on sand and have not made the transition from dust to Gold, can hardly be called success.

Preparing the real Church to function like in the Book of Acts is not rocket science and all it requires is for the “ministries” to lay the Seven (7) solid Foundations and to inspire the believers to participate in the full New Covenant experience.

Our High Priest will take it from there as we can see in Revelation 2 and 3.

He is not rebuking them because they didn’t have carry in dinners, a successful church social or were not effective in selling vitamins and dried food from the pulpit.

He was not even worrying about them not having enough pulpit messages.

After they had ALL the Foundations in their lives and had made the transition to the Lampstand level, He was encouraging them to overcome at the Lampstand level and to advance to the next level.

Too many in the visible church are lacking even the full 1st Foundation or have not begun the 3rd Foundation.

Who could believe that was normal?

The visible church is still encouraging the believers to be faithful in attending church meetings and pay their tithe.

“If they really want to minister they can try out for the music ministry.

Of course if you have no talent just sit in the pew and don’t cause trouble.”

I have been in these groups that even call themselves “The New Testament Church.”

What a tremendous exaggeration of reality and a pitiful excuse for the Pure Gold Lampstand Church that He is Building.

The question we began with was:

“If we had all the Foundations laid solidly in our lives, experientially,

what would that look like?”

The answer is simple:

The Pure Gold Lampstand Church that He is Building.
