Why? Because God’s Ultimate Purpose For Mankind Is Also Personal.

Each Believer Has a Personal Responsibility Before God!

It is because the Gospel of the “Half Priced Sale” or the “Gospel of the Bargains” has been universally proclaimed that the Consecration Offering has generally been rejected! Just say YES to Jesus, is the gospel that is preached. It seems that anytime we share on Personal Consecration or the cost of Discipleship we are labeled as too radical or legalistic. Some charge us with preaching “salvation by works” or with despising the grace of God. Using the scriptures that speak about personal preparation is generally considered as only used for rewards. Any thought of personally preparing for eternity is labeled as false doctrine.

Eph 1:4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him.

5 In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,

6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

8 which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight,

9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times,

10 that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him

11 also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,

12 to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory.

God chose us in Christ BEFORE He created the world. Then He Predestined us to adoption as sons! God, also, purposed us to fulfill His Eternal Purpose.

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing, in Christ Jesus, so we could fulfill the plan of God.

The concept that is readily accepted in the visible church is that if we just accept Jesus as Personal Savior, that is all that is necessary. The thief on the cross is given as an example of God’s last-minute grace and mercy. The “Thief” has become the “doctrine of Salvation by faith.” The “thief” was “saved” by his faith in Jesus! The “doctrine of the thief” and Paradise has been equated with “perfection/harvest maturity/full growth/the Kingdom/God’s predestined purpose and man’s eternal destiny.” The preparation and perfection of the New Jerusalem and the Throne of God or Doing the Will of God is ignored. Of course, the “doctrine of the thief” says that he did the will of God by accepting Jesus as personal Savior.

Mat 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.

Even though much of my criticism of the visible church system is focused upon the pastors and their lack of vision, the actual preparation “for eternity” is a personal responsibility. The ministry’s responsibility is to fully inform you of this necessity and to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom! However, what no pastor can do is the inward preparation necessary for your participation into God’s Eternal Purpose! The pastor certainly cannot do the will of God for you. He must be concerned about doing the will of God himself. Why? Because not all who are in the pulpit are doing the will of God and they were not set there either by God or by He Who Ascended! As we examine a few of the warnings in the Bible we will understand the personal responsibility involved in your final maturity. We can no longer pass our power of attorney to the pastors to act as our substitute and accept our responsibility before God. Personal Consecration cannot be passed by proxy to another so they can live a consecrated life for us. For those reasons and others, it seems we are constantly explaining, over and over again, what we mean by “Going On” to maturity / perfection or why we are even concerned with growth because “we are saved by faith.”

In this paper we will try to give a “more detailed explanation” of your personal responsibility before God to grow and change. Hopefully we can offer some answers and to try to put this issue of Personal Consecration into an eternal dimension. In eternity everyone MUST do the Whole Will of God! Our Personal Consecration is our “consecration” to do the whole will of God!

Of course, no explanation is sufficient for those who just refuse to see anything more than forgiveness of sins as full salvation. While the thief obviously had forgiveness of sins he was surely not prepared to fulfill God’s Eternal Purpose or qualify as the bride of Christ or to participate in the Kingdom of God. He was barely “saved.” While the thief was forgiven he was certainly NOT converted to become an experiential New Covenant Christian. He had never escaped from first Adam and he never produced any fruit of Christianity. Of course, he died before the New Covenant was established as a personal experience.

The sad fact is that MANY in the visible church have progressed NO FARTHER than the thief simply because they have never been told there is any more to be experienced. This “message” IS the responsibility of the different ministries! Even an expectation of a growth to harvest maturity is not a priority in most churches. Discipleship is just a doctrine class of Bible information or is just ignored. Scriptural Discipleship, as a personal experience, is mostly unknown in the visible church! Our “Consecration Offering” is designed to fix that problem!

Mat 3:10 "And the axe is already laid at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

In this application we are relating this verse about “good fruit” to our personal responsibility. (Consecration) If we applied this verse about “good fruit” to the casual church member, salvation would take on an entirely different meaning! If we share this “serious and eternal fact” as salvation, it is labeled as unbelief or preaching fear or preaching salvation by works! The response is generally “But the grace of God covers the lack of good fruit.” Of course, that is another pulpit lie!

Matt 21:43 "Therefore I say to you; the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and be given to a nation producing the fruit of it. (our personal consecration produces Kingdom Fruit)

When we see that participating in the Kingdom dimension is solely based upon bringing forth the FRUIT OF THE KINGDOM in our actual experience, then “Kingdom salvation” takes on an entirely different meaning! This “Kingdom Salvation” includes the demand for some manifestation of good fruit. The “say these words and believe this doctrine” kind of salvation appears really shallow and irrelevant in the light of the demands of the Kingdom Government of God.

There are over 20 verses related to bearing fruit in the New Testament. Is it wise to ignore

these verses because we have developed a “doctrine of grace” that invalidates these verses?

Luke 8:14 "And the seed which fell among the thorns, these are the ones who have heard, and as they go on their way they are choked with worries and riches and pleasures of this life and bring no fruit to maturity.

Not being able to bear personal fruit to maturity is considered as total failure in the Scriptures. Here, what is in view, is not just fruit but fruit brought to harvest maturity. The seriousness of these scriptures and the warnings that are inherent leads us to get serious about understanding exactly what all that means to us personally! This understanding has driven us to discover what God has designed as His Ultimate Plan for Mankind and what the requirements are to participate. It is the severity and quantity of the warnings and the many scriptures about going on to perfection that help us realize the magnitude of the preparation necessary to qualify us to fit into God’s Ultimate Plan for MAN in His Eternity.

One of the false concepts, that many leaders in the churches believe and share, is that CHURCH knowledge will build up the church and bring maturity. Some people believe that we ARE what we know. (From the Tree of Knowledge)

My wife and I were in a cult for 15 years that believed that knowledge was the way to maturity. Of course, that was just the tree of knowledge, but in modern garments. Knowledge still produces arrogance but revelation will still build up the new inner man. Many, very knowledgeable ministers, have a very good theology but their inner life is shambles. Why is that? They never received the revelation that could build up the inner man!

Revelation brings a revolution to our religious concepts. Why? Because, God given Revelation elevates and broadens our foundations for the Christian Life! These Foundations heighten and broadens our existence into a higher, heavenly and into an eternal realm. In this higher realm, we suddenly realize that “bearing good fruit” is not for man’s benefit but the “Fruit is FOR God!” It is HIM who owns the land, the farm, the barns, the orchard and He is the one who demands the fruit.

It is the Kingdom dimension of personal responsibility that is revealed in some of these parables. The Kingdom reveals some “demands” and “serious consequences” to the casual believer! The Christian life style is ignored but the visible church seems to be unconcerned with those scriptures. Why? “WE ARE ALREADY SAVED.”

Luke 13:6 And He began telling this parable: "A certain man had a fig tree which had been planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it and did not find any.

7 "And he said to the vineyard-keeper, 'Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree without finding any. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground?'

8 "And he answered and said to him, 'Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer;

9 and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.'"

There is no question that the fruit is the property of the vineyard owner and He demands the fruit for Himself. His response to the fruit is not a matter of grace or sympathy or emotion. Either we bear fruit or He cuts it down. This IS the Kingdom viewpoint, but this conflicts with the modern gospel of the give-a-ways that has decided that the lack of fruit will be covered by grace, mercy and compassion. There is NOT even a visible church doctrine or an evangelical thought preached about cutting it down because of the lack of fruit. There is no thought preached about casting it into the fire! This puts fruit bearing in the realm of personal responsibility but the fertilizer and the digging responsibility in the realm the vineyard-keeper / ministry. Both have their responsibility before the Owner of the vineyard.

Luke 12:47 "And that slave who knew his master's will and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, shall receive many lashes,

48 but the one who did not know it, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. And from everyone who has been given much shall much be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.

It is the “minister’s responsibility” to preach the whole truth! Then it is the Believer’s Responsibility to get ready and to do the will of God and prepare for Eternity! It is NOT even an evangelical doctrine for the “believer to get beat with many lashes” simply because they ignored the truth of the Kingdom. A believer being cast into outer darkness simply because he didn’t meet the standards of the wedding feast is generally rejected as false doctrine.

Matt 22:13 "Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, and cast him into the outer darkness; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'

14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."

Matt 25:29 "For to everyone who has shall more be given, and he shall have abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.

30 "And cast out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

It is certainly not that these warnings are not VERY clear and they certainly are NOT ambiguous but we have just created new church doctrines that affirms the opposite reality making of no effect the Word of God. The worthless slave had a personal responsibility before the Master, which he ignored.

I Cor 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to babes in Christ.

2 I gave you milk to drink, not solid food; for you were not yet able to receive it. Indeed, even now you are not yet able,

3 for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like mere men?

Paul was rebuking these Christians because of their lack of growth and development. Paul was NOT just rebuking the leaders of the church in Corinth but the whole church! However, the response we hear is this; Well, these people were “saved” because chapter 1 says “to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling, with all who in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Evangelical doctrine says; we believe that the goal of the Christian life is to “be saved” and the Corinthians were already “saved.”

To the “barely saved or the half-saved” this explanation is acceptable so that settles the issue. The fact that they never grew or developed is irrelevant because “they were saved.” Being “half-saved” is a strange term in the visible church today. From, man’s earth viewpoint, believing something about Jesus is all that is necessary to be saved from hell. From God’s point of view these people were not equipped to participate in His Eternal Purpose and were failures in His plan for the New Covenant Life of the Christian. He may also regard them as worthless slaves. The Vineyard-Owner would certainly be offended by their lack of Christian fruit. The modern evangelical answer is this; “But who cares about bearing fruit IF WE are already saved. We believe fruit is optional and just for rewards. Since ‘we are already saved’ we already have “eternal security.”

Col 1:28 And we proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, that we may present every man complete (perfect) in Christ.

29 And for this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me.

Luke 8:18 "Therefore take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him shall more be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be taken away from him."

Matt 13:41 "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,

42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

These people were NOT unbelievers because they were in the Kingdom but were stumbling blocks to others and refused to live by the Laws of the Kingdom and were declared to be lawless. Their fate will seem strange according to the current visible church, and Evangelical doctrines.

Heb 6:4 For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit,

5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,

6 and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame.

7 For ground that drinks the rain which often falls upon it and brings forth vegetation useful to those for whose sake it is also tilled, receives a blessing from God;

8 but if it yields thorns and thistles, it is worthless and close to being cursed, and it ends up being burned.

The ones who preach the “Gospel of the Give-a-ways” do not preach these warnings or the requirements for eternity, FRUIT. We never hear about the consequences of living a lukewarm Christian life. (To be vomited out of His Body) We do hear about attending the meetings and paying our tithe but very little about preparation. Casual Christianity is preached as acceptable to God because His primary concern is in saving us from hell. The pulpit ministry implies that God accepts “Casual Christianity and any acknowledgment about Jesus amounts to salvation.” This is the “good news” of modern preaching today! We believe that God will hold the ministries personally responsible for that counterfeit gospel. Paul said that some were preaching a different Jesus in his day. A different Jesus has no salvation to offer us!

In this paper we will show that God’s primary concern is to have a whole Kingdom of Priests and persons who have given themselves so totally to God and to His Eternal Purpose that He can include them in Himself! His plan is to share His Kingdom Glory with them throughout eternity future.

While there is a corporate dimension (a body) to this preparation it is still a personal responsibility to meet God’s requirements! This is NOT just a matter of forgiveness of sins but of coming to a full Christian (experiential) Harvest Maturity. This requires that we, each one, do the will of God and be transformed into His image and likeness.

The New Jerusalem, the heavenly City of God, God’s ultimate dwelling place is made up of those Sons of God that have come to full Harvest Maturity. The term “Sons of God” means grown to be like the “Son of God,” the prototype Son. These thousands of Perfected Saints will dwell in God and in Christ. How do we know that? Because the Temple that houses these saints in the City of God, the New Jerusalem, the entire City, including Mount Zion, is IN God.

Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple.

23 And the city has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine upon it, for the glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

24 And the nations shall walk by its light, and the kings of the earth shall bring their glory into it.

“For the Lord God, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple.” This “Tremendous Temple” houses the entire City of God but the Temple is God, Himself, and the Lamb. If we remember that the Lamb, the Lord Jesus Christ, has taken His seat at the right hand of God, on the Throne of God, which is depicted in the Tabernacle of Moses by the Ark of the Covenant of God it should be easy to understand that the City is in the Ark of the Covenant! In other words, the entire City is in God and the Glory of God illuminates the entire City with that ultimate Light, which IS LIFE! This Life, which IS LIGHT is God and floods the entire City so that God is in the City and the City is in God. This ultimate Light which Is LIFE is the joining or “Union of Life” so that the two become one in LIFE, meaning will, purpose and character, etc. It is for that reason that perfection or full harvest maturity is essential to inhabit the City of God.

At this same future time, in its ultimate dimension, there will also be, in addition to the Heavenly City of God, a New Earth and a New Heaven. Multitudes upon multitudes will be on the New Earth which is also Heaven but NOT the highest heaven. Of the three places in heaven the New Earth is the lowest heaven. There will be citizens of the New Jerusalem that will be KINGS ON THE NEW EARTH. It is the Kingdom Government of God, that will be headquartered on Mount Zion! Mt Zion will have Jesus as the ultimate King but will be administrated by the citizens of the New Jerusalem. That Ultimate Kingdom Government of God will encompass the entire universe, including the New Heaven and the New Earth. The Bible calls this new Universe “the world yet to come” or “ruling over all the works of His hands.”

Dan 7:27 'Then the sovereignty, the dominion, and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.'

“All the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One;” God and the Lamb will be absolutely Sovereign over the entire Heaven but the Perfected Saints will be given dominion over everything UNDER the whole heaven. However, ALL dominions, will serve and obey God, (Father, Word and Holy Spirit) but now one more person is added to this ultimate throne position in the Kingdom of God. That is the Lamb of God, the Man Christ Jesus, who has taken His seat at the right hand of God. One of us, men, has already been advanced to the ultimate position in the universe. Still, His plan is to bring “many sons” to that same glory. Since there is still some controversy over who Jesus, the Son of the Living God is, we should try to clarify this identification of “Son-ship” a little more.

Heb 1:3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high;

4 having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.

5 For to which of the angels did He ever say, "THOU ART MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN THEE"? And again, "I WILL BE A FATHER TO HIM AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME"?

6 And when He again brings the first-born into the world, He says, "AND LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM."

7 And of the angels He says, "WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS, AND HIS MINISTERS A FLAME OF FIRE."

8 But of the Son He says, "THY THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM.

13 But to which of the angels has He ever said, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE THINE ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR THY FEET"?

When God brought His “FIRST BORN”, the begotten (conceived) Son, into the world

He said “Let all the angels of God worship Him.” Out of ALL created beings, including Adam and Eve, there NEVER, in this creation, any other person who was “born of God.” (Conceived by Sperma) None of whom God said “Let the angels of God worship Him.” Jesus was God’s First

“Born” Son. Adam was called the son of God and the angels were also called sons of God but NONE of these were ever conceived by God and “BORN.” They were created and did NOT begin their existence by conception from the imparted “Sperma of God.” Adam was created out of dirt and Eve was formed out of Adam. Angels were created from spirit! Jesus was the absolutely FIRST one and ONLY First-Born Son by the deposit of the Semen of God in Mary by the Holy Spirit. This Sperm or Semen is the Living and Abiding Word of God, the eternal Christ. Jesus was NOT born and then “born again” like any of us! He was “Born” by the direct deposit of the Semen of God. He had NO earthly father! Every one of us, who are true Christians, were first “born of woman” like John the Baptist. Because of that we were subject to the death that came to all those in first Adam. However, God’s method of salvation, for true believers, is through this same impartation of the Divine Sperm or Semen of God. It is by that specific “Sperm” that we are “born again” or receive the second birth. The first birth is “born of woman” and the second birth is “Born of God.” No person can ever become Christian unless he is Born of God. In other words, AFTER we are born as humans we MUST be “Born of God” or have the second birth to be “saved” in the New Covenant sense. Therefore, the real Christian is of a different species from first Adam. Was the “thief” a New Covenant believer? No! He died within the Old Covenant system and before the New Covenant was inaugurated. What was he promised? Paradise which was, at that time, Abraham’s bosom! The modern preacher, who is preaching a “thief kind of salvation,” today is in gross error. Why? We are now living in the dispensation of the New Covenant and MUST preach a New Covenant / Kingdom Salvation.

To sum this part up we could conclude that ALL these believers that attend the visible church regularly but who are NOT “born of God” are NOT and cannot be actual “Christians in the New Covenant sense.” Will God accept some of these, “Half Christians,” into the lowest heaven of New Earth? We don’t know! However, we do know that we cannot personally preach that kind of salvation. What makes every true Christian “real” is that they have received the Divine Semen or Sperm, the Living and Abiding Word of God. In the “Gospel of the Kingdom” there are NO EXCEPTIONS, You Must Be Born Again to SEE the Kingdom.

However, since we were first born in Adam, in order to manifest Christ, it is essential that we pass through “the death sentence” that was placed upon the first Adam. This is NOT forgiveness of sins by the blood but DEATH to sin by baptism. This is just one, of the 20 reasons, for Water Baptism of true believers! This advancement, through Baptism in Water, is through death and burial and then in Resurrection Life. Baptism always leads to “resurrection” into a completely new Life! This is the New Zoe Resurrection Life. We are being “saved” by receiving His Resurrection Life. This “total birth” is by receiving the Spirit of Christ, the Living and Abiding Word of God! This is inaugurated by the Holy Spirit who clothes us in Christ!

Both death to Adam / flesh and the impartation of Zoe Resurrection Life are essential if we are ever going to manifest Christ! If any MAN does NOT have the Spirit of Christ, he can never be a True Christian. At this point, any confidence in “salvation after the order of thieves” should be about exhausted from our doctrines. The “salvation after the order of thieves” was finished following the Feast of Calvary and of the Feast of Pentecost.

Romans 8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God

dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.

11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.

None of this is complicated and none of this is difficult to understand. The exact same “Christ” (Sperm/Semen) that begot Jesus is the exact same “Christ” (Sperm) that begets us into Christ Jesus, if we are true Christians. However, growth means that “Christ is being FORMED in us.”

Gal 4:19 My children, with whom I am again in labor until Christ is formed in you.

This ‘Birth” by the Divine Sperm / Semen is the very beginning of the “building” that Paul,

as a wise master builder, spoke about which building! That is “Christ” in You.

This IS the reason that there can be NO outward ministry that begins in the Outer Court dimension. New Covenant ministry must begin with revelation, or Life! Until God has built that Divine and Eternal Element and Spiritual Function (ministry) within the new inner Life, no Outer Court Ministry is possible! Our outward ministry can only reflect God’s Inner Working, to both will to do His Divine Will and to do His Divine Pleasure! God is using “Christ”, the Living Word of God, as His individual building material for Eternity. First, Christ is built into us and then we can be built into the Church that He is Building.

I Cor 3:10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building upon it. But let each man be careful how he builds upon it.

Paul, as a wise master builder was able to lay the foundation for the Eternal Building, but only Jesus can build His Divine Church! This CHURCH is, the Perfected Bride of Christ! This is, the New Jerusalem. This is what He is doing in Revelation 2 and 3 and that is why what He is doing is so serious and crucial to God’s finished product and the final harvest.

Therefore, until there is a new inner man NONE of this building can even begin. Even so there can be no corporate building unless it is completely built with the corporate Christ, the combined inner men who are of the new creation. To become part of His Body we MUST be of the same species as Christ Jesus.

We have said all that to emphasize that there can be NO authentic ministry that “reveals the Father” except that which rises up out of the new inner man which is Christ in you!

Now if we can lay aside any thought of the Divine Romance as is being shared in women’s conferences and focus upon God’s ultimate purpose it should bring our goals in line with the predestined plan of God! We must advance beyond this earthly sense of “love” and see the Body of CHRIST in the Glorious Light/Life of the Everlasting Kingdom Government of God. Then we will get a glimpse of God’s Divine Purpose.

John 14:20 "In that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him."

22 Judas (not Iscariot) *said to Him, "Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us, and not to the world?"

23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love (Agapao) him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him.

24 "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father who sent Me.

This takes “love” (Agapao) out of the realm of the Divine Romance and places “love” directly within the Kingdom Government of God. Love (Agapao) is about doing the will of God, walking in obedience and keeping His commandments. How this has got changed to some emotional “romance” with God who is the “Consuming Fire” is a great mystery.

This ultimate purpose is so much more “elevated” than just being saved from hell! In fact, “being saved” is no longer a goal but one primary step towards the goal. If we can comprehend that the Perfection of the City is the Perfection of the Saints, (because the City IS the Saints) then we will understand why this casual attitude we see in the visible church is such a deception and a tremendous concern for any ministry with vision. This failure of the saints from completing God’s Eternal purpose can only be attributed to the failure of these ministries who have accepted the responsible for “leading” these groups into the Purpose Of God!

God has predestined how everything works in His creation. Science has studied and proven many of these design characteristics in the earth, the heavens, the path of the planets and exact position of the stars. They have studied and recorded many of the times and seasons and have discovered that everything functions in a certain way. The outer space travel must function in harmony with the Divine Design or they know it will fail and lives will be lost.

Even business has or will discover that if it cooperates with the Devine Design it will prosper and be effective and survive as long as it functions in these certain ways. Business that conflict with this Divine design will eventually fail.

Now man was originally designed to function within this larger physical design of God’s choosing. In order to do that man had to obey God and live according to the Divine Design, which includes man, if man was going to fulfill God’s purpose designed for him. From the scriptures we learn that the enemies of God created a competing system and man departed from the Devine Design. Since that time man has designed and created a series of competing systems that have proven completely worthless in fulfilling God’s Predestined Purpose. One of these competing designs is the visible church system. None of the competing systems have elevated or assisted man to progress into God’s ultimate purpose. Even a casual observation will show that society that has followed the competing systems of the world have systematically deteriorated.

The question that continues to arise is this; Why would the church or its leaders think it could create its own design for the church and then call that counterfeit by hundreds of different denominational names. It appears that the visible church has rejected God’s predestined design. What has the visible church done? Systematically establish their own design for the church after their own ideas and choosing.

However, God has predestined the end from the beginning. The end is already established by God and is non-negotiable. Any “work” that commences without that specific end in view will deviate from God’s Purpose and be a big waste of time. We wonder why man and especially religious leaders are so humiliated by being anchored to God’s Inflexible Design and not being permitted to create their own.

It is very easy to see how man has created various political systems that conflict with God’s designs for government. We may wonder why these “political systems” have deteriorated into a corruption of ethics, immorality and abuse of power and failed to serve God or the people. Many of these systems have created a lazy people who turn to crime or to the government for housing, food and survival. The simple answer is that these modern political systems conflict and compete with the way God has established government to operate on earth. Of course, if we reject God’s Kingdom Government as primary, every other man designed government will eventually fail. This is NOT speculation because we have civil history to prove the point. Every time that man or nations turned to other gods or other systems, the society began to deteriorate and self-destruct.

Jer 2:11 "Has a nation changed gods, when they were not gods? But My people have changed their glory for that which does not profit.

12 "Be appalled, O heavens, at this, and shudder, be very desolate," declares the LORD. 13 "For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, to hew for themselves cisterns, Broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

This does not just apply to Israel but to every nation who has forsaken the only True God. Disaster happens every time that man sets up his own system that conflicts with God’s system. Political History is full of examples of this truth. The Greek system of government is a current example. This government is 100 % secular and forbids the gospel to be preached there.

The problem is that the visible church has chosen to go the same way as the world system and establish a “religious system” that conflicts with God’s design. But how could they ever know what God’s design is for today? Well, His predestined design has never changed. The system that God designed and establish at Calvary, called the New Covenant, is still in effect today. But how will we learn how this works? Jesus explained it all in His message to mankind. It is summarized very well in John 14-15 and 16 when Jesus introduced us to the function of the Holy Spirit who has come to lead us into ALL Truth. He has come to teach us all things! He was given as the One who “Sanctifies” the “Church that Christ is Building” for the total church age. This “Church” is the Pure Gold Lampstand in Revelation 1 to 3 and the importance of the Holy Spirit to the Church is seen in the illumination of the Holy Place by the Seven Spirits of God. “Hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.” If we ignore, remove or reject the Holy Spirit in each of His many functions we must then hew out for ourselves cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water. Since a very large portion of the visible church has forbidden the Holy Spirit from interfering with their man-made systems, the result is what we see everywhere we go.

The relevant question for the ministries today is this; Why has the church forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, to hew for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water? My theory is that this abomination can be laid directly at the feet of a counterfeit “five-fold ministry.” The one we see is not the one that “He who ascended” established but the one that men have appointed out of a failed church system. Whether it is the Apostle, the Prophet, the Evangelist, the Pastor or the Teacher, each has been predestined to lead the new believers into full harvest maturity / perfection. All five are responsible before God for their ministry and none can give an excuse that the other four do not exist or are uncooperative. Why is there NO EXCUSE? Because the Gospel is the Gospel of the Kingdom that refuses to recognize the lukewarm or the independent “minister” who has invented his own system of church that does not produce valid New Covenant believers.

Why has the Holy Spirit been eliminated as “The Lord; The Spirit” in the visible church? It is because He alone is sovereign and He establishes the unique “Christian process” that will complete the predestined Plan of God. To accomplish that He must first establish us in the Divine Viewpoint that will focus our life and ministry upon His Predestined Plan. Then why has that NOT happened? Simply because the Holy Spirit has not been given the opportunity to function subjectively within the life and experience of the so called “ministries.” Why is that possible within the dispensation of the New Covenant? Because, this IS also the dispensation of the Holy Spirit who enacts and then enforces the New Covenant. However, even the New Covenant has been ignored or reduced down to a Bible term, a cliché or a doctrine. This has fallen far short of the inner life experience of the New Covenant! Therefore, the Holy Spirit has a reduced function in the church and in some places, He is ignored. Until the New Covenant is an actual inner Life experience there is NO New Covenant ministry, even if you have a doctor’s degree in theology. The best we can hope for is a mixture of the Old Covenant methods and a new Christian Philosophy but a ministry which is short of being Christian.

But what if we pray and fast and try to get God to accept our modified church system will anything change? No! First scrap this failed church system, repent of making our own, seek forgiveness and let God adjust us to HIS PREDESTINED KINGDOM SYSTEM.

After that we MUST take up our position in the Church He Is building, That IS Pure Gold Lampstand Church! Out of this Eternal Church He will appoint the True Five-Fold Ministry that will stand before Him, Minister to Him, Burn Incense and THEN become His Outer Court Ministers. Each one will function under the illumination of the Seven Spirits of God, actually hear what the Spirit is saying to the church, eat the Showbread and minister Spirit and Life And truth.

Since we have not yet seen this Priesthood Ministry functioning as a corporate Kingdom of Priests we are still just speculating about these things. In other words, we are using the scriptures to guess about these invisible dimensions. Each person must accept the personal responsibility to get his own revelation and live within that revelation. This IS what develops the New Inner Man to become a New Covenant Minister after the Order of Melchizedek.
