A few years ago (2011) during a trip to South America (near the Amazon) I was sharing on the Altar of Incense and the various items connected to the Incense and the burning of the Incense. This sharing was within the context of the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. As I was sharing, some new thoughts began to be realized but when I tried to share them in that location there was no anointing so I changed direction. I was sharing on the difference between what we used to think was the work of the “Prayer Warriors” and the function of the New Covenant Priests who are anointed and consecrated to burn a Specific Kind of Incense before God. In the Tabernacle of Moses ONLY one kind of Incenses was authorized to be burnt on the Gold Altar.

I will try to review those thoughts along with what I have shared before concerning Authority, Power and Dominion that is exercised by Incense Prayer. It has been very obvious that the visible church has a very shallow experience of these three NORMAL Power Dimensions that should be manifested today, in the areas of prayer! It is disturbing that none of these power dimensions are being manifested in our Christian Life nor in our function within our churches! In too many places our full New Covenant Experience is still lacking. For about a year, at the turn of the millennium, several in our assembly “prayed” from Friday evening until Saturday morning, every week but without any recognized Authority, Power or Dominion being manifested. In 2000 I joined another group, from several churches, that did the same thing for several months. No radical change was experienced and no local Dominion was demonstrated.

It is not just that the nominal church in South America was without power, authority and dominion but that every church we have visited, in many places, for many years, has the same lack of dominion, power and God Given authority. The exact same condition also had existed in our assembly for over 30 years! Outside of the hype heard often in the Christian Media, the New Covenant expression of Authority, Power and Dominion is difficult to find in any local assemblies.

We saw this same thing even in churches where they have a good group of “Prayer Warriors”, who are very faithful! It is obvious there is no more power, authority and dominion over evil forces in these groups than in other groups that focus upon other functions, like “winning souls” or preaching irrelevant messages.

Recently, I have heard of several local churches who are praying and fasting and asking God to “break through and send the power.” They are reading books about past revivals that they assume were the result of local prayer. In the past 30 years we have seen very little effect from this “average” level of Prayer effort, including in my own personal experience.

I am not disappointed because I know another restoration “of all the prophets spoke” is coming. How long that will take depends upon the flexibility of the present leadership to come into harmony with God’s Predetermined Plan. Still, to repeat the patterns of prayer that, for us, were unsuccessful in the past seems redundant! Also, repeating the same patterns of prayer that worked in the past history, can seldom be repeated today. Why? God is expecting the church to move forward with God’s Restoration Process and to MATURE in PRAYER! I am guessing that the next dimension and realm of New Covenant Prayer will be called “INCENSE PRAYER.” Why? That is because that is the pattern revealed in the Tabernacle.

If we researched all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time, we might be convinced that the Church He is Building will be an amazing and visible power upon earth and demonstrating Christianity!

Act 3:19 "Repent therefore and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; 20 and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.

This “FULFILLMENT” of Isaiah 59 is just one thing that the Prophets clearly spoke. This “restoration” would change EVERYTHING about the local assemblies and their ability to function in Authority, Power and Dominion in their communities! This “promise” is presented as “A COVENANT BY GOD!”

Isa 59:20 "And a Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob," declares the LORD. 21 "And as for Me, this is My covenant with them," says the LORD: "My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring's offspring," says the LORD, "from now and forever."

It seems obvious that this one Promise, because it is a Covenant by God, would restore the very ministry of Jesus back to those “ who turn from their transgression in Jacob.” The fact is this; The Redeemer has already come to Zion and that means this New Covenant is already in effect. That means that the SAME SPIRIT that was upon Jesus and the SAME WORD God put in Jesus’ mouth is freely available to True Christians today. I am guessing that Authority, Power and Dominion will, once again, be manifested by the Church He is Building when the church is functioning in the Covenant of Isaiah 59.

This understanding has inspired the thought that there must be a great difference between what we call good believers faithfully “Praying and fasting” and a Priest after the Order of Melchizedek “Burning Incense according to the New Covenant way.”

Rev_5:8 And when He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Rev_8:3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, holding a golden censer; and much incense was given to him, that he might add it to the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up before God out of the angel's hand. 5 And the angel took the censer; and he filled it with the fire of the altar and threw it to the earth; and there followed peals of thunder and sounds and flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

It should be clear and a settled fact that a Priesthood “burning Incense” is a New Covenant “ministry” and that Incense is THE PRAYER OF THE SAINTS! It is also clear that THESE PRAYERS are stored in Heaven in Gold Censers held by the Four Living Creatures and by the Twenty Four Elders. When these “prayers” are added the prayers of ALL the saints and put upon the Gold Incense Altar in Heaven, tremendous things began to happen upon earth. This is my expectation in the Church and NOT just for the Tribulation. Why? Incense NOW is training for THEN.

While I have written some things about the Incense and the burning of Incense over the last 25 years, I never, personally, have been able to connected with that anticipated Authority, Power and Dominion in prayer! However, I still assume this is NORMAL for the Lampstand Church functioning within the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. Of course, my conclusions must be speculative because I have never yet seen a Lampstand Church functioning as a Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek according to my New Covenant “doctrine” or expectations.

The Question confronting s today is this; Why has this ABSENCE of a functioning New Covenant Church become a modern fact since there were Lampstand Churches in Revelation 2 and 3? Shouldn’t there also be a Lampstand Church today? If there is, why aren’t we seeing its correction and its manifestation?

That may be because He is building His Church, along with a New Covenant Priesthood, in the invisible realms of the Holy Place Life and Dimension. The fact that there IS a Gold Alter of Incense in Heaven and it stands before God and there is currently Incense on it, validates our study of the Tabernacle of Moses, which is just a copy of the True Tabernacle that is in heaven. Why?

SOMETHING is working in THAT eternal Tabernacle because, we assume, IF there IS INCENSE, it should be being stored NOW! If there is no Incense being offered today then no storing is possible today and NO incredible results are being poured out in our area! Why don’t we just insist that God pour out from heaven anyway even IF WE HAVE NOT BURNED INCENSE!

It certainly appears that this Power, Authority and Dominion is what the Bible indicates is God’s purpose for the Church He is Building! How do we know that? If Genesis chapters One and Two reveal God’s Purpose for mankind during their stay upon earth, then Power, Authority and Dominion over the earth is certainly in view for New Covenant believers! Of course we know that the first man failed in that realm of function and evidently lost the God given Dominion over the earth and things in it!

My concern is this; Has the church also lost it? Did Adam really lose it or do we just assume he lost it?

The basic function of “burning Incense” can be applied to the Adam and Eve and their condition and function in the Garden of Eden BEFORE Genesis 3. Participating in the Tree of Knowledge prevented the “participating WITH God and Cooperating with the dominion held IN THE TREE OF LIFE!” Is that the KEY to once again exercise the Authority and Dominion over the Earth and things on the Earth. While this application is not very clear, maybe the principle can be understood by those of us who are seeking a real solution to this pitiful Powerlessness today.

The Adam and Eve’s previous relationship God might be compared with “the Kingdom of Priests” in Exodus 19! Is that which we observe with Adam and Eve and their relationship and function with God in the Garden, possible to be fulfilled by and applied to the church today. Some believe that is not possible because they think Genesis 3 was all part of God’s Plan. The thought is this; Adam and Eve had to lost so God could save them. Why? That is because SAVING them was God’s Purpose! Of course that is ridiculous! Genesis 3 was NOT unavoidable by the first Adam and the first Eve, as some preach! The failure of Israel to ascend Mount Sinai was certainly unavoidable! How do we know? That event is recorded and revealed in Duet 5. The ascent up Mount Sinai was part of God’s Plan for ALL of Israel to become a Kingdom of Priests! Also 75 people did go up into God’s presence!

Both “man– Adam” and Israel lost the Authority, Power and Dominion that was available to them! It is not even necessary for us to speculate about that!

Now, it seems clear that Jesus, on Calvary, won back all Power, Dominion and Authority in both Heaven and in Earth. We are guessing that this level of authority is reserved for the Pure Gold Lampstand Church functioning in the Holy Place dimension, with a Functioning Priesthood burning Incense. This Lampstand Church IS the one He is Building!

Even IF this is true, we sill see Jesus demonstrating the Authority, Power and Dominion, that was given to the first Adam in the garden, before His death on Calvary and the New Covenant in His Blood!

He commanded the fish and the storm and rebuked His disciples because they failed to command the storm. Jesus fed the 5000 after He told the disciples to feed them. If that Authority, Power and Dominion was avail to the disciples BEFORE the New Covenant times maybe it is also available to us. Even Peter walked on the water a short distance!

Even Elijah and Elisha did things and had authority that may have been available to Adam and Eve.

Since I have never seen a corporate Lampstand Church (functioning like that anywhere I have traveled) nor that was functioning in the Holy Place Life, Light and dimension, I can only share from the Bible verses (or from a doctrinal viewpoint) and speculate about a New Covenant Church that God has given Authority, Power and Dominion over the earth and the things on it.

But, why should we be concerned about this, NOW? Maybe we should be demonstrating the Power, Authority and Dominion that was assigned to that which was offered to Adam and Eve. Of course we might join with the multitudes and the theologians that are certain that both Adam and Eve LOST EVERYTHING in Genesis 3. We could assume that what Jesus did was just temporary miracles to demonstrate His Divinity. Still, it seems He did those things that were assigned to the first Adam and rebuked His disciples because they didn’t believe it was also for them!

If we assume that Jesus, the Last Adam, won back everything that the first Adam lost, then we may speculate that those who are IN CHRIST (who have turned from their transgression in Jacob) might be able to at least recover the dominion that the first Adam lost. That “recovery of man’s dominion” will be the thesis of this document!

Gen 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."

Gen 1:27 And God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 And God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Deut 29:29 "The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.

We should remind everybody that the serpent was something that was moving (creeping) on this earth and that Adam and Eve had the power to subdue and rule over him! They Ignored their Authority and Dominion and lost something valuable.

I am assuming the weakness and lack of authority in the church is simply because the church ignores what was freely given to them BY GOD!

There is much that has been revealed about the Pure Gold Lampstand in the Scriptures. These are some of the things have been revealed and given to us. Since, we assume these things have been “revealed” about the Seven Lampstand Churches is also speaking about the “CHURCH He is Building,” {Revelation 2 and 3} we have a certain confidence to make some New Covenant applications from what IS revealed!

Rev 1:20 "As for the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

Exo 25:36 "Their bulbs and their branches shall be of one piece with it; all of it shall be one piece of hammered work of pure gold. 37 "Then you shall make its lamps seven in number; and they shall mount its lamps so as to shed light on the space in front of it.

The understanding (doctrine) of the Pure Gold Lampstand holding the Seven Spirits of God and illuminating EVERYTHING in front of the Lampstand has been partially understood for many years. This (fire – Illumination) would reveal what had been in darkness. That is the Showbread and the Altar of Incense along with the two Veils, (the inside of the second veil and the outside of the third veil) and the Cherubim embroidered on the curtains . Of course the gold boards would also be shining and illuminated.

However, in this setting we cannot see any active function in the Lampstand Church except holding the Seven Spirits of God. For that reason we must see the Holy Place activity and function in the Priesthood Responsibility of Maintaining the Oil for the Lampstand, the cleaning and restoring the wicks for the Seven Lamps, in keeping the fire and in Burning Incense on the Gold Altar and Setting out and Eating the Showbread. Also in maintaining the Brass and the Gold censor.

That RESPONSIBILITY was assigned to the High Priest and his Sons.

Of course all priests (today) must first be part of the Lampstand Church before they can function as a priesthood to the church. How do we know that? Because God has set in the CHURCH first Apostles etc. (1 Cor 12:28)

The Priesthood by Aaron and his sons, functioning in the Tabernacle made with men’s hands, was only a type, shadow or picture of the real, present day Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. Christ Jesus is the High Priest of this Divine Order and His sons are the Priests after the exact same Order of Melchizedek, that relates to Our High Priest. The exclusive right to burn the real and specific New Covenant Incense upon the Gold Altar is limited to this Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. Why? Because the Priesthood after the order of Aaron was done away with because it was weak and could not bring anyone to perfection.

The Priesthood of Melchizedek is the only eternal priesthood and is the exclusive

Priesthood that is directly related to the Most High God. He, Melchizedek, functions exclusively as The Priest of God, Most High, doing the will of God throughout eternity past, NOW, and throughout eternity future. We must never lose sight of the fact that He AND Jesus Christ are both KING / PRIESTS. However, Melchizedek preceded the Man, Christ Jesus. Now “one of us” is High Priest after that Divine and Eternal Order!

It is within the revelation of the New Covenant and its “KINGS who are PRIESTS” that we need to see that the Kingdom of God’s Government is the source of all the Legal Power, Authority and Dominion that was recovered at Calvary. This is IN ADDITION to the Authority given to first Adam. Having the Kingdom Government within us is the key to exercising Kingdom Authority! It is my opinion that this tremendous Authority, Power and Dominion, within the Kingdom Government, is being ignored today in most places.

To speak about the Kingdom as a cliche to add authenticity to an irrelevant message has been popular in the visible church for several years! However, this is symptomatic of a ministry with a lack of the internal reality of the real power of the Kingdom Government of God.

To say or preach the word “Kingdom” but without having the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority of the Kingdom Government within, governing and discipling the minister, has been the weakness and powerlessness of my Kingdom Message for the past 40 years. Then to speak of exercising the Power, Dominion and Authority of the Kingdom without the absolute Government of God ruling within, is the current mistake of most ministries today! How do I know that? By my own experience! Unless we have a valid Kingdom Government within we just make these Governmental and Legal tools for prayer and ministry just another ineffective Christian doctrine or cliche.

We have recently learned, and I think it is real, that there must be a personal encounter and experience of the Kingdom Government, functioning WITHIN the Priest, before he can effectively minister the reality of the Kingdom Message. I am now guessing that this has also been the reason for our ineffectiveness in prayer in the past! Why? Kingdom Prayer is of a different dimension and realm than what we call “a prayer meeting.”

I am speculating that our failure to connect Calvary with the New Covenant, to the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek, with the Kingdom of God and with Prayer has been the reason for our ineffectiveness! This failure has resulted in the loss of the restoration of the Power, Authority and Dominion intended for the New Covenant Church to be active over the whole earth! But why?

Some of this “loss” can be attributed to this confused message of the modern church which has used Calvary and the forgiveness of sins as the central focus of our message. Our central focus was supposed to be upon the Kingdom of God!

Mat 24:14 "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come.

Act 28:30 And he stayed two full years in his own rented quarters, and was welcoming all who came to him, 31 preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.

Our central application of His death, His blood, forgiveness of sins and His resurrection must be seen WITHIN the Kingdom Government of God experience rather than as the exclusive, modern and another “Gospel Message” without the Kingdom involved in our “salvation.”

This transference of Power, Authority and Dominion from Adam to Satan and back to Jesus Christ at Calvary and through Him back to every person of the New Species, functioning within the Kingdom discipline, has been ignored by much of the visible church. The New Covenant is the Legal Document, that includes the experience of the Kingdom Government and that activates the transference of Authority, Dominion and Power to the Church He is Building. I am guessing that this “AUTHORITY” is greater than what was given to Adam and Eve, but like Eve, the church has squandered it.

However, it was only Calvary, His Death and Shed Blood that activated the New

Covenant! This is revealed by the Lord’s Table! To speak of the “New Covenant Church that He is Building” without the restoration of the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority over the whole earth seems very strange in the light of the revealed Purpose of God.

However, all this restoration of Power, Authority and Dominion over the earth and the things on it MUST be enforced by the church! Why? This dominion is not automatic just because we believe something about Jesus! Our Power, Dominion ad Authority must be exercised within the context of the Kingdom Government of God ruling within and over us.

It is exactly here that the “system of the restoration of ALL things” breaks down. Everyone who exercises the Authority of the Kingdom MUST be experientially under that authority of the Kingdom in his personal life. Why? Because we must have the Legal Right to demand that the enemies of God release their hold on the area of earth assigned to us.

Psalm 8:1 A Psalm of David. O Lord, our Lord, How majestic is Thy name in all the earth, Who hast displayed Thy splendor above the heavens! 2 From the mouth of infants and nursing babes Thou hast established strength, Because of Thine adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease. 3 When I consider Thy heavens, the work of Thy fingers, The moon and the stars, which Thou hast ordained; 4 What is man, that Thou dost take thought of him? And the son of man, that Thou dost care for him? 5 Yet Thou hast made him a little lower than God, And dost crown him with glory and majesty! 6 Thou dost make him to rule over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet, 7 All sheep and oxen, And also the beasts of the field, 8 The birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, Whatever passes through the paths of the seas. 9 O LORD, our Lord, How majestic is Thy name in all the earth!

Since this was spoken by David many years AFTER the fall in Genesis 3, we can assume that man’s dominion still existed OR was (prophetic) to be restored at some later date! Since Jesus exercised this Authority, Dominion and Power during His ministry, and over the storm, waves and rain, fed the 5000 and cast out demons, that God’s Purpose in Genesis has not changed.

It is within this context of God’s Revealed Purpose and because of His current Kingdom Government that we are speculating that the Legal Authority, Dominion and Power is now assigned to the Church He is Building and is intended to be manifested, within the Priesthood, during the Church Age!

If my theory is accurate, it is clear that we must establish and experience the Consecration Offering as an entrance into this Kingdom Government rather than some proclamation or acknowledgment or acceptance within the context of ministry. The reason is very simple! Ministry without the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority of the Kingdom will always be weak, sick, feeble, pitiful and ineffective. How do I know that? By my personal experience and failure! All we need to do to confirm this nearly universal defect is to visit any church on Sunday morning. There will NEVER be a corporate manifestation of the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority of the Kingdom of God, again on earth, until there is a total restoration of the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority to the individual Christian that is now a victim, sitting helplessly in a pew.

This restoration of power in the believer is not likely to happen until there is a total restoration of the Legal Power, Authority and Dominion in the ones who have chosen to place themselves in the leadership positions of the churches. The weakness of the local church can ALWAYS be traced back to the weakness of the ministry. Preaching a good message can never be a substitute for the lack of the Legal Power, Dominion and Authority over the unclean spirits in that area of the church’s function. Ignorant and weak Leadership is the cause for this delay in this restoration of the dominion of the earth back to daily Christian life. Why? Because the church has been given the total responsibility of enforcing the Legal and Total Victory of Calvary and exercising the Power, Authority and Dominion that God originally gave to mankind over the whole earth.

Psalm 8:2 Thou hast established strength, Because of Thine adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease.

This responsibility to force the enemy and the revengeful to cease their activities, in this area of Ohio, has been transferred to the Church He is Building. How do we know that?

Mat_16:18 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it.

The term “OVERCOMING” has suddenly taken on a new dimension. The UNDER-COMING CHURCH has been the disgrace of both this (ours) and past generations.

Why? Because when we follow the restoration of the church through church history beginning in 1517, we see the last restoration (the Sixth– The Anointing) was within the Charismatic Movement that ended in 1985! However, the Power and Dominion over God’s Enemies was not restored within that “revival.” Why?

When we follow the “restorations,” according to the God given pattern of the Tabernacle of Moses, we should understand that the next restoration is the Consecration Offering. Since this “restoration”, within the Kingdom Government, has been ignored by the lukewarm leadership in the visible church, the functioning and active Kingdom Government has not been preached. Therefore, no Kingdom of Priests have emerged. Therefore, no King– Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek is being manifested. This lack of the Order of Priesthood Ministry, in leadership, is probably the source of weakness and powerlessness throughout the “church systems” and in most all the “appointed ministries.”

The tragedy of this deficiency is that Satan and unclean spirits are seldom challenged in the church service or in secular life. These spirits without bodies are everywhere, including the pulpit. Even though Jesus gave us authority over the serpents, the scorpions and ALL the power of the enemies, this authority is very seldom enforced by the visible church. Why? The church seems to be ignorant of her Legal Rights and Her Responsibility before God! Neither have we confronted God’s adversaries, nor have we caused the enemy and the revengeful cease. We have failed!

Now Christ Jesus is the very first Priest, taken from among men, who has now become our High Priest after that Eternal Priesthood Order of Melchizedek. The entire Kingdom of Priests, taken from among men, will also be of that same Divine Order. Through “His Priesthood function” He took authority over the unclean spirits and cast them out. Some of these demons caused sickness and some caused mental disorders. Others just bound people by infirmities like being bent over and not being able to walk upright. Legions of demons possessed a crazy man.

It is revealed that these spirits without bodies could see the pigs and could ASK JESUS for permission to enter them. They could think and ask so they are intelligent beings but just without bodies. They, at least, knew who Jesus was! Regardless of who they are or the nature of their perversion, Jesus had authority over any and all of them even BEFORE He received ALL Power and Authority over both heaven and earth. Maybe we should ask WHY THEY KNEW HE HAD AUTHORITY OVER THEM.

As the Last Adam he just used the Authority, Power and Dominion given to the first Adam over the things that crept on the earth. He, obviously, used that Authority to cast out demons, heal the sick, stop the storm, command the fish, feed the multitudes, provide for His disciples and DO THE MINISTRY! My theory is this; He is the Prototype Man and WE are to grow up into Him!

Moreover, He gave His disciples the Authority of His Name, to take authority over the unclean spirits and cast them out BEFORE Calvary. From this we could speculate that much MORE real power should be and can be manifested by the Priesthood ministry that is functioning within the Absolute Kingdom Government of God.

Why? Jesus, our High Priest, IS now our Head and our prototype man! He now has regained the Legal Right to rule over the whole earth!

1Cor 15:25 For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.

Since His feet are in His Body, this Authority, Power and Authority is extended to His feet! His ENEMIES are under the control and authority of His feet. Maybe we should use it and discover if it works!

This power, authority and dominion by the Priesthood is seen, in type, in Aaron’s rod that budded.

Heb 5:1 For every high priest taken from among men is appointed on behalf of men in things pertaining to God, in order to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins; 2 he can deal gently with the ignorant and misguided, since he himself also is beset with weakness; 3 and because of it he is obligated to offer sacrifices for sins, as for the people, so also for himself.

Heb 5:4 And no one takes the honor to himself, but receives it when he is called by God, even as Aaron was. 5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself so as to become a high priest, but He who said to Him, "THOU ART MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN THEE"; 6 just as He says also in another passage, "THOU ART A PRIEST FOREVER ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK."

It is clear that Jesus Christ is the very first High Priest that was taken from among men who was functioning after this Eternal Order of Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. So now ANOTHER Priest has arose after that Order of Melchizedek. That means there are now two who are priests after that Order. One is the Holy Spirit and the other is the Man, Christ Jesus, who was taken from among men. Both are of that Kingly Order who have Kingdom Authority. My thesis insists that this Authority (King / Priest) is extended to the functioning Body of our High Priest.

Heb 7:14 For it is evident that our Lord was descended from Judah, a tribe with reference to which Moses spoke nothing concerning priests. 15 And this is clearer still, if another priest arises according to the likeness of Melchizedek, 16 who has become such not on the basis of a law of physical requirement, but according to the power of an indestructible life.

So now ANOTHER Priest has arisen after that order. Permit us to repeat this clear fact. That means there are now two who are priests after that Order. One is the Holy Spirit (no father, no mother, no genealogy, no beginning of days, no end of Life and and holds His Priesthood forever) the other is the Man, Christ Jesus, who was taken from among men and BOTH are Kings. One is God, the Holy Spirit, and one is the Second Man and the Last Adam!

Heb 2:9 But we do see Him who has been made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. 10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things, and through whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to perfect the author of their salvation through sufferings.

It is revealed that God is still not satisfied with One Son who has fulfilled His will and purpose and who was CROWNED and received into glory but that now God is bringing many sons to to that same glory! These many “sons” (Greek--uihos---hwee-os') are not children but grown “Sons, qualified to receive the inheritance.” These many sons will form this corporate priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek.

For that reason we are sharing that the “good and true believers” who are praying and fasting, singing and worshiping and doing the very best they can, are still not, by that qualification, authorized to burn the Specific Incense limited to the Gold Incense Altar. Why? They also must become priests! Why? Because only Cleansed, Clothed, Anointed and Consecrated Priest, who meet the priestly Qualifications can Burn Incense! Why?

That is because Burning Incense is exclusively designed for the Qualified Priests. Why? That is because THIS FUNCTION is also “on the job training” to function in eternity.

Leviticus 10:1 Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took their respective firepans, and after putting fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange fire before the LORD, which He had not commanded them. 2 And fire came out from the presence of the LORD and consumed them, and they died before the LORD.

Nadab and Abihu learned the difference between qualification and obedience!

Since this Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek is not assigned to the outward man, who is in the image of Adam, it must be designed for the new inward man, who after Christ is created in the image of God. This makes everyone (male and female) who are of the new creation eligible to become Priests after this Eternal Order. This eliminates the outward and natural man from ALL relevant Priesthood function.

Gen 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2 He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created.

Gen 5:3 When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth.

Now ALL men are created in the likeness and image of Adam but God cannot use them for His Eternal Purpose. All outward men (or women) are of the wrong species to be either Christian or Priests after the Order of Melchizedek or to fulfill God’s Eternal Purpose OR TO BECOMES SONS OF GOD! Therefore, ONLY the new inner man can possibly qualify and that ONLY after they have grown to the maturity of Sons. Now with that short introduction we will look at WHY THE VISIBLE CHURCH LACKS AUTHORITY, POWER AND DOMINION.

In the very beginning God gave man legal authority, power and dominion over the whole earth and everything that crept upon it, including Satan, the revengeful and all of God’s enemies. (These are spirits without bodies) Adam had all the authority of a king over the earth who also had the commission to subdue the earth and rule over it as “human priests” under God’s authority. This, again, is revealed in Psalms 8.

Psalms 8:2 From the mouth of infants and nursing babes Thou hast established strength, Because of Thine adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease. 3 When I consider Thy heavens, the work of Thy fingers, The moon and the stars, which Thou hast ordained; 4 What is man, that Thou dost take thought of him? And the son of man, that Thou dost care for him?

It is obvious that man was created to deal with God’s adversaries and to cause the enemy and the revengeful to cease their activities. It is also apparent that the first man lost all his legal dominion over the earth and turned it over to Satan so that he (Satan) was now the legal prince of this world. He also was the prince and power of the realm of AIR! He confirmed this authority to Jesus in the wilderness and Jesus did not deny that.

Luke 4:5 And he (Satan) led Him (Jesus) up and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. 6 And the devil said to Him, "I will give You all this domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 "Therefore if You worship before me, it shall all be Yours."

It was through disobedience that man lost his dominion and authority over the earth but God has not changed His mind about man having total dominion over the earth and heaven. However, since by man it was lost and handed over to the devil, by man it must be won back. Fallen man became the slave of the devil so by man he must be redeemed back to authority, power and dominion over the earth. The “Man” that accomplished all this is the man, Christ Jesus. Therefore, He must be genuine man in order to achieve this goal successfully and meet God’s legal requirements to redeem man and for man to regain his legal rights of Power, Authority and Dominion to rule over the whole earth, but to rule for God, not for his own selfish benefit and personal well being!

If we lose sight of this one eternal fact, the church will NEVER fulfil its Divine destiny. God’s enemies and the revengeful have now fallen within the dominion and authority of redeemed man. Most redeemed persons have no clue about their new position. Why? The ministries have failed to manifest that Dominion over, even, these spirits without bodies who are personalities that think, plan, appeal, speak, see and function and manifest their evil ways in the visible realms of this earth.

However, they exist in the invisible and temporal realms of earth so they appear to be easily ignored.

Heb 2:8 THOU HAST PUT ALL THINGS IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET." For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we do not yet see all things subjected to him. 9 But we do see Him who has been made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.

Psalms 8:4 What is man, that Thou dost take thought of him? And the son of man, that Thou dost care for him? 5 Yet Thou hast made him a little lower than God, And dost crown him with glory and majesty! 6 Thou dost make him to rule over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet, 7 All sheep and oxen, And also the beasts of the field, 8 The birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, Whatever passes through the paths of the seas.

There is now no question if this has been successfully accomplished. How do we know? Because Jesus specifically said that all dominion, authority and power in BOTH heaven and earth has been given to Him. If Jesus has been given ALL AUTHORITY it means that the devil has NONE and NO RIGHT TO EXERCISE authority! However, he is a dethroned prince but insists upon trying to still rule on this earth. The church, with her restored dominion, is supposed to stop his evil acts. That means; To rule over the adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease.

Mat 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

God left NOTHING that is not subjected to Him and even with all that authority we still don’t yet see the total extent of all that authority means within the church. “Go Therefore” indicates that because He had won back ALL AUTHORITY, Power and Dominion that now WE can go into all the world and Preach the gospel of Kingdom! It is this New Species of Man, when using the Name of Jesus, who has become the King / Priest of a Corporate group of King / Priests, that can manifest His Total Victory! These are those who make up the earthly manifestation of the Kingdom of God! It is from this Kingdom Government, within, that we get all our Legal Power, Authority and Dominion to rule over this whole earth. Reject His Kingdom Government WITHIN and we may be “called Christians” but with NO Authority over the enemy.

Luke 1:68 "Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, For He has visited us and accomplished redemption for His people, 69 And has raised up a horn of salvation for us In the house of David His servant-- 70 As He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from of old-- 71 Salvation FROM OUR ENEMIES, And FROM THE HAND OF ALL WHO HATE US; 72 To show mercy toward our fathers, And to remember His holy covenant, 73 The oath which He swore to Abraham our father, 74 To grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies, Might serve Him without fear, 75 In holiness and righteousness before Him all our days.

It is very clear that salvation is a salvation FROM our enemies and from the hand of ALL who hate us! Therefore, since we have been delivered from the hand of our enemies we are free to serve Him without fear and to live in holiness and righteousness before Him all our days. To be ignorant of this kind of Salvation, after 2000 years, is pitiful.

This should be all the confidence that we need to exercise our legal authority, dominion and power “all the rest of our days.” This has been kept as a secret from the church, by the ministries, long enough. This legal power, dominion and authority must no longer remain a mystery in the church but it must be activated by faith in what has been abundantly revealed. Trying to restart the old methods for revival has past!

Act 8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were being baptized, men and women alike.

Act 28:30 And he (Paul) stayed two full years in his own rented quarters, and was welcoming all who came to him, 31 preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.

When the old species of man, after the image of first Adam, tries to command the devil or cast out demons they discover it is not only unsuccessful, it is dangerous. They lose their covering and are exposed. The natural man cries out “In the name of Jesus” and the demons completely ignore him. How do I know that? That is what I did! Therefore, the old species of man boldly declares that the power, gifts, dominion and authority was again lost to man after the last Apostle died. That means the church is a victim, is helpless and the devil is still the prince of this world and king of this fallen world system. This ignorance is no longer challenged in too much of the church system!

Even though that stupidity is accepted, the devil has NO legal power, authority or dominion over the New Creation and New Species of Man! Of course much of the church has not accepted her position of restored Power, Authority and Dominion and many remain under the oppression of the devil and his army of fallen angels and demons. This is quite evident in the cults but is a disgrace in the church.

Nevertheless, that is not God’s Plan and is the result of ignorance of what Christ Jesus accomplished on Calvary! Now powerlessness is just a carnal excuse for the pitiful condition of the visible church and its earth bound ministries. This stupidity ignores Jesus’ direct words and then declares that “demons” are just names of a normal and natural sicknesses common to all men! That “demons” were thought to be real but it was just because of the superstition of the people, that Jesus called them demons. He actually knew better but He was just accommodating the crowds. This stupidity should offend every Christian!

Luke 10:17 And the seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name." 18 And He said to them, "I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning. 19 "Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall injure you. 20 "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven."

Why did Jesus know that it was time to rejoice? Because He knew their names were written in Heaven? Why? Because they had exercised authority over the powers of darkness and cast out the demons. Either Jesus actually gave them power, authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy or He was hyping the situation or He was deceived.

Power = G1849 ἐξουσία exousia ex-oo-see'-ah From G1832 (in the sense of ability); privilege, that is, (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery (concretely magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegated influence: - authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength.

Even if we miss what He said in Luke 10, it would be difficult to confuse what He said in Matthew.

Mat 16:18 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it. 19 "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."

Mat 18:18 "Truly I say to you, whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. :20 "For where two or three have gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst."

This legal authority is called “the keys to the Kingdom.” For us to assign this authority to ONLY Peter is ignorant of what Jesus said to all His disciples. That explanation is just another excuse for the ignorance and powerlessness of the visible church. The gates of Hades easily overpower the visible church and the visible church appears to have no authority or power to defend itself. This is not even the worst part because the visible church has been neither light nor salt to the world and the world is getting more and more immoral and disgraceful with each month.

We can no longer explain the terrible fallen condition of mankind and the disruption and destruction of the family units and the violent conditions on the earth as just the result of sin or the lack of morality. There must be powerful forces of evil behind this deterioration of society that are now world wide. Just the perverted things that are demonstrated publically at the demonic and occult practices at “Carnival” in the Spanish and Portuguese cities should be obvious that there is a tremendous power behind these perversions. Even the TV in those places show gross perversion and women and men doing things that are abnormal and unacceptable in any moral society.

Luke 10:19 "Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall injure you.

In whatever way the forces of darkness are identified or what their names are becomes irrelevant because Jesus said “over all the power of the enemy.” This includes ALL power that is connected to those evil realms and that include all the enemies of God. It should be made clear that every enemy of God is also an enemy of all of mankind whether they know it or not. The disaster facing the human world system is totally unknown to them and they are being swept into the total perversion of that fallen system. What Has Gods planed and designed to stop this disaster? The Church!

However, for the visible church to remain in ignorance of these spiritual forces, when the Bible is so clear, is without excuse. For “ministers” to deny the existence of these evil forces and calling them just natural occurrences or moral failures is disturbing and disgusting stupidity. For that reason these visible churches will remain in denial and ignorance and Satan will surely overpower the visible church, as has been clearly demonstrated throughout church history. However, Jesus is still Building His Church!

I want to be clear that I am NOT referring to the “conspiracies” being preached on the radio and repeated in Christian Media.

This failure in power can NOT possibly be an excuse for any church group that has understanding and a genuine New Species of believers with a functioning Christian Life.

This is the authentic group for which I am writing. Even some Pentecostal groups, that I have met, have a genuine fear that if they got involved in any spiritual conflict with these evil forces that they would personally suffer severe consequences. When we ignorantly started to speak out, in our prayer meeting, against these evil forces in the 1970's, some Pentecostal people ran from the meeting and refused to attend.

Of course Jesus said “and nothing shall injure you” but that evidently was not really believed.

The big question is this; Why has God put the church in this position of responsibility to take authority, power and dominion over these forces of darkness? While we don’t have a specific scripture that says this, there are plenty of scriptures that strongly suggest this responsibility has been given to the church. Why doesn’t God just step in and strike a blow against Satan and his evil forces? The simple answer is this; Because God has given man the power, dominion and authority over the earth and He will not usurp that authority or act in place of it. I am speculating that we all are in discipleship training or “On the job training” for our future assignments in eternity!

“Qualifying for eternity” (the Bride has made herself ready) has been a very offensive subject in many places I have been.

It seems even AFTER Jesus won back the rulership of the earth that God still does not interfere in the enforcement of this authority or the lack of concern about it. Either the church rises up and enforces the victory of Calvary or it will not be done. God certainly has His purpose in granting this responsibility of enforcement to the church. He must be using this responsibility to train us in overcoming, rulership, obedience and dominion over our area of responsibility. I am convinced that He is using these “tests” to train us NOW for our function in the world yet to come, which is the Tabernacle of God.

Now This Is My Opinion Of Why The Altar Of Incense Is The Key To Understanding “This Position of Responsibility” Given To the Lampstand Church And The Priesthood Ministry.

God will not act in the affairs of earth EXCEPT in response to the action , ministry and request of man. Why? Because God gave man full dominion over the earth.

But what if the church refuses to get involved in this legal process and responsibility and turns “their dominion, authority and power that Christ Jesus purchased for us at Calvary over to God’s enemies and to the devil?

The experience that we observe from Church History is this; If the church fails to act, God will not interfere and the devil will be free to do what he wants. Where do we first see this reality? THAT is exactly what happened with the first Adam.

However, the Last Adam certainly did not fail in His responsibility to exercise His Authority to overcome Satan! It seems certain that Christ Jesus, as the Last Adam, fully activated and used the dominion that was given to the first Adam AFTER the first Adam gave it to Satan, and used it to defeat Satan.

Jesus then gave this unlimited and legal authority, power and dominion, which He had obtained for us at Calvary, to the church and placed the responsibility to enforce this authority to rule over the earth directly upon the church. Of course if the church fails to exercise her authority, power and dominion God will just wait for another generation to take this responsibility and act accordingly. It is my opinion that the “Church” (which is part of the first fruits harvest– The Overcomers) will not ignore her responsibility to overcome and enforce the victory of Calvary and actually rule over the areas of her responsibility.

It is clear that the visible church has no idea that this is her responsibility and is still asking God to deliver them from oppression, sickness and demonic attacks, etc. Why is this failure the “normal” experience in the visible church? Because in the Outer Court dimension the church is really powerless to exercise her authority, power and dominion because these seven foundational experiences are ONLY preparation for the Christian life and the Priesthood function. The actual Christian Life and function ONLY begins in the Holy Place (the Lampstand Church) where the authority, power and dominion is recognized and enforced. How is this revealed?

That is by the illumination of the Seven Spirits of God ( the Seven Flames of Fire) and the ingestion of the showbread! This is where we get the revelation to burn the proper Incense. The Incense Altar and the Incense, which is wholly FOR God and NOT for man, is the place and position where this Legal Power, Authority and Dominion is exercised.

This is why we insist that the Priesthood preparation and maturity IS the most important “ministry”and the first priority today! Why? Because this Priesthood Preparation precedes the burning of Incense. It is in the burning of Incense where the legal power, dominion and authority of the church is enforced upon the powers of darkness. This is recognized by the position of the Altar of Incense, directly before the Throne / Ark / Kingdom of God. In Hebrews 9 it shows the Altar of Incense BEHIND the third Veil, directly in front of the Ark of the Covenant, instead of BEFORE the third Veil. If you can visualize the Ark / Throne of God from looking down from above you could see the Altar of Incense is directly within the circle of God’s absolute Sovereignty. That is position of David attained in the Tabernacle of David where there was NO VEIL!

This means that the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek is standing in the Circle of God’s absolute Sovereignty and is cooperating with God to get His (God’s) will done on earth in the same measure it is being done in heaven. This is NOT praying for provision or asking God to do things for man or mankind or the church. How do we know that? Because the Incense is 100% for God and nothing for man. Incense is NOT for man but wholly for God. Prayer, as we know it, cannot possibly qualify as Incense because this current kind of “prayer” is wholly for us or our welfare. But, brother, isn’t our exercising our God given authority FOR US? No! That is for God and to fulfill God’s Eternal Purpose!

Exodus 30:34 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Take for yourself spices, stacte and onycha and galbanum, spices with pure frankincense; there shall be an equal part of each. 35 "And with it you shall make incense, a perfume, the work of a perfumer, salted, pure, and holy. 36 "And you shall beat some of it very fine, and put part of it before the testimony in the tent of meeting, where I shall meet with you; it shall be most holy to you. 37 "And the incense which you shall make, you shall not make in the same proportions for yourselves; it shall be holy to you for the LORD. 38 "Whoever shall make any like it, to use as perfume, shall be cut off from his people."

Too much of public prayer is just perfume for the one praying and is filled with cliches and requests for God to do something for man. This personal “Perfume prayer” does NOT translate into Power, Dominion and Authority over the enemies nor does it enforce the victory of Calvary or cause the enemy to cease.

Then why does the real Incense, offered according to God’s pattern, transform into the Legal Power, Authority and Dominion? That is because it carries God’s Absolute Sovereignty and His Will to the earth dimension! Why is this Incense the requirement for God to exercise His Will on the Earth? Because God gave man the dominion upon the earth and God will do NOTHING without man’s request, cooperation and permission!

Do you mean that the Sovereign God is waiting for man’s permission to act on the earth. Yes! This is a strange mystery but NOT if we recognize God’s Eternal Purpose and WHO WILL RULE OVER THE WORKS OF GOD’S HANDS, IN ETERNITY!

How does man cooperate with God to get His Will done of earth? First “the Priest” must clean and light the Lamps, then set out and eat of the Showbread and then prepare the fire and Burn Incense in order to discover (at the showbread) and enforce God’s absolute will (at the Incense Altar)! Where is God’s will discovered? In The Priest’s New Inner Man when he participates in the Showbread by eating it under the illumination of the Seven Spirits of God. Then He caries the revelation of God’s Will to The Incense Altar where it is burned before God. Now God is free (has man’s permission) to exercise His Will on the Earth and to reverse or interrupt Satan’s activities.

It is in this process of discovering God’s Will and then cooperating with God by asking Him to exercise His specific Will on the earth that we learn how to function in the Kingdom dimension of enforcing the Legal Authority, Power and Dominion upon God’s Enemies.

Some will ask; but is man then actually ruling? Isn’t God just ruling through

man’s requests. Yes! That is the reason that the Gold Altar of Incense is made of Wood overlaid with Gold. This is humanity (wood) cooperating with Divinity (Gold) to rule over this earth.

Then why all this preparation that is essential for the Priests to be qualified to burn Incense on the Incense Altar?

That is because the natural man (not fully redeemed as Priests) { the Adam man} really has an inner and inherent desire to rule but still wants to exercise some independent authority so he can rule the way he wants. Some men, in the pulpit, want to reign over other men. Why? Is that so He can be king on the earth? Yes! But that is not how the Kingdom works. How do we know that?

Because, now we see Jesus, who is now King but was made lower than the angels but now has been crowned with glory and honor and given dominion over all the works of God’s hands. He is the prototype Man and He did NOTHING on His own initiative. He just learned obedience and did the will of the Father. When He burned Incense Prayer ( in the invisible realm) He first discovered the immediate Will of His Father and then asked God to exercise His will on the Earth.

How do we know that He burned Incense Prayer? Because He is our High Priest, who was taken from among men, to appear in the Presence of God in behalf of mankind. Of course not in behalf of ALL mankind but of those who have become new species of men who have escaped from the legal dominion, power and authority of Satan.

In order to actually benefit from their freedom to exercise Authority, they must bring their life under the Legal Dominion, Power and Authority of the Kingdom Government of God.

It is this “consecration” that is obviously what is missing in the visible church and is the basic reason why the visible church is powerless and has NO God given AUTHORITY to exercise. For that reason neither the fallen angels, the Enemies, Satan nor his activities are disrupted and stopped by the singing, worship or by a series of irrelevant messages by the “ministers” of the visible church. Hoe do we know that? That

is because these religious activities and irrelevant messages exercise no Legal Authority, Power and Dominion over the affairs of this earth.

Then to just continue to repeat this “ritual” week after week is futile. Continually repeating this ritual must be because the visible church is ignorant of her basic responsibilities to exercise the Power, Authority and Dominion, which was recovered at Calvary, and this is permitting the world to spiral out of control and let the moral stability of society erode into corruption. Either the ministries or the church will be held responsible for this deterioration of society because she has been assigned the duty of being BOTH salt and light to the world AND enforcing the victory of Calvary upon God’s enemies.

Therefore, the visible church, functioning in the natural light of the Outer Court dimensions, will NEVER exercise the Power, Dominion or Authority of the Kingdom nor will they EVER enforce the victory of Calvary upon the devil and the world system under his control.

We are told in Scriptures of three extreme times in the life of Jesus when the entire destiny of mankind and the earth were in jeopardy. First was in the wilderness where he was subjected to the fierce and unrelenting attack of the devil for forty days and forty nights.

The second was when all the forces of darkness descended upon Jesus at Gethsemane to persuade Him to save Himself. If they could have persuaded Him to back out of His full consecration to do the whole will of God, the entire destiny of the earth and mankind would have been altered for eternity.

The third was Calvary itself, when all the pain and suffering was unbearable, that He stood firm in His Consecration and died upon that terrible cross. To apply this “event” ONLY to sin, death, resurrection and forgiveness of sins but NOT to the restoration and return of the earth to the Legal Power, Authority and Dominion of redeemed man, to his original position as ruler of the earth, is gross ignorance.

This IS the reason the church is trying to function in the tiny (in comparison) natural light of the Outer Court and failing to ENTER THROUGH THE GATE into the super– natural illumination of the Holy Place! Too much of the visible church has even denied the Holy Spirit his rightful place in the illumination and direction of the church.

Why is the visible church functioning in this ignorance? Because she has rejected Him who will lead us into ALL truth. The visible church has insisted upon a natural education for the natural man, so he can be ordained into a natural ministry, into a position of carnal authority, over the visible church

This has resulted in NO Power, Authority nor Dominion over the enemy and has subjected the visible church to the realms of the dominion that Adam handed over to Satan. It would be difficult to over emphasize this travesty and ignorance of the “church hierarchy” to acknowledge the total victory of Calvary and the church’s responsibility to enforce this victory upon God’s enemies.

We must look no farther than the lack of maturity of the ministries or the carnal nature of their preparation to discern the root problem. The “ministries” ARE THE PROBLEM! Ordaining the natural man to a carnal priesthood, with natural garments and giving him authority in the visible church must be the influence, authority and work of the devil himself.

This travesty is NOT because the scriptures are not clear but that the Scriptures are not really believed to be the Written Word of God. Even some seminaries have assumed that the scriptures are just a collection of traditions and the thoughts of man handed down from generation to generation until they were finally written down in a book called The Bible.

It is through the carnal man’s scholarly and religious criticism that it was determined that the scriptures cannot possible be the irrevocable Word of God so the Bible has become irrelevant as a source of Truth. Therefore, a Christian Philosophy has emerged that creates its own ‘truth.”

I have spoken with pastors who said they were full of faith and expectation when they went to seminary but that their faith was totally destroyed by “higher learning.” This faith ONLY returned after they knew for certain that they were born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Since the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek is ONLY initiated by the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and a personal operation of the Holy Spirit in the believers life, it IS the Outer Court Preparation that is Essential! It is these seven primary experiences that produces the preparatory experiences for the New Covenant Priesthood function. If we, the ministries, ignore these essential foundational experiences we will prevent the church from ever becoming a Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. Therefore, there will never be a Kingdom of Priest in this generation of believers. For that reason there will always be a weak, infirm and ineffective church and the Total Victory of Calvary will NOT be enforced until another generation of true believers arises. This is pitiful but does NOT need to happen!

It is totally unnecessary to wait to exercise this authority because the Word of God is certainly clear concerning this responsibility of the church. Some will surely ask; But hasn’t the Pentecostal church and the Charismatic movement restored the Baptism of the Holy Spirit to the church? Yes! This restoration was a process that took about 100 years and is not yet fulfilled. Why? Up until now none of the restorations have restored the Consecration Offering and the Second Veil experience! It is for that reason there is no functioning Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek on earth. There is this Authentic Priesthood functioning in heaven but the Legal Authority, Power and Dominion on the earth has now been offered to the Lampstand Church, which He Is in the process of Building! For that reason the Authority, Dominion and Power of Calvary and Pentecost and the burning of the True Incense has Not yet been fully restored to a New Covenant, Corporate Church function.

My theory is this; Although it is late, we can begin this next restoration immediately AND WE SHOULD. Reading books about what happened in the past may be good information but will not restore the Power, Dominion nor the Authority that this area needs TODAY!

It is important to know that the Gold Incense Altar in the Tabernacle was just a type and shadow of the REALITY of the ALTAR that functions daily in heaven.

In this dispensation that the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek, MUST mature and “become the Incense Altar!” Why? In the New Covenant, the Incense must be released from the Priests, themselves. Why? That is because it is the realm of PRAYER THAT BECOMES INCENSE! This is how we cooperate with God (FROM EARTH) to get His will and His Way and His Purpose enforced upon the earth.

How do we know that? Because the Incense Altar was wood overlaid with Gold! Let us look at another type. David “burned Incense” in the Tabernacle of David but there was no Incense Altar in David’s Tabernacle! We see David, prophetically, burning incense from himself.

I am speculating that when the Corporate Body of the High Priest begins to function in this realm of Incense and when the Corporate Incense is rising from that body, the Corporate Authority, Power and Dominion will be realized and the re-distribution of Power and control of the earth will be realized and manifested. Then the dominion that was given to first Adam will be experientially demonstrated on the earth in certain areas where Incense is Faithfully Burned by the local Priesthood.

Now the objection to this “theory” will come from the scriptures themselves. Why? Because we see the great tribulation where the visible church seems powerless to overcome the devil and is killed. While this is certainly true, it is clear that at least some WILL OVERCOME and sit with Him on His Throne. Some will overcome and rule over the nations. Some will overcome and become pillars in the Temple of God. Since the First Fruit (harvest) Church [ the Man Child Company in Revelation 12] will be caught up to the throne of God before the great Tribulation it should be clear that at least some of the visible church, at least that portion of the Church that He is building, will exercise the Legal Power, Authority and Dominion given to first Adam and regained by the Last Adam. How do we know that? Because the First Fruit Harvest reach maturity BEFORE the main harvest.

Mark 4:28 "The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head. 29 "But when the crop permits, he immediately puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."

Rev 14:14 And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was one like a son of man, having a golden crown on His head, and a sharp sickle in His hand. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, "Put in your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe." 16 And He who sat on the cloud swung His sickle over the earth; and the earth was reaped.

This obviously was NOT the Harvest of The First Fruits but the harvest of the whole earth. Before this Main Harvest, there is the previous harvest of the First Fruits. (The Man Child)

Rev 14:3 And they *sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one could learn the song except the one hundred and forty-four thousand who had been purchased from the earth. 4 These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they have kept themselves chaste. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These have been purchased from among men as first fruits to God and to the Lamb.

It is not our purpose in this study to identify these “First Fruits” but just to show that the three harvests are not all at one time. The First Fruits are the first harvest and of a smaller number and next harvest is the main harvest while the last harvest is the reaping of the whole earth. This harvest is called “the Gleanings.” We may assume that the First Fruits have exercised their LEGAL Authority, Power and Dominion of Christ Jesus on the earth before they were caught up to the throne room of God. These are certainly in Heaven and have been purchased from the earth but the tribulation is in full power and destruction before the final harvest of the whole earth. The final harvest is to gather EVERYONE who is on the earth at that time. Both the saved and the unsaved. There is BOTH the Harvest of the Tares and the Harvest of the Wheat.

Mat 13:29 "But he *said, 'No; lest while you are gathering up the tares, you may root up the wheat with them. 30 'Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, "First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn."'"

It is obvious that the devil has sowed tares right in the wheat field that belongs to God. This indicates that the “tares” are sown right in the visible church. Some “weeds” are in the pulpits of the visible church! Jesus is certainly removing “the tares” that were present in the Lampstand Church that He is , as High Priest, building in Revelation 2 and 3. However, the tares in the visible church will NOT be removed until the final harvest.

The church must soon recover from its comatose state and begin to recognize the total victory of Calvary and begin to enforce that victory over the serpents, the scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. If the local assemblies just remain comatose and unresponsive, they cannot be included with the First Fruits!

However, it is clearly revealed that there will be those who will be those overcomers and who will be caught up to the Throne of God? The fact is this; Someone WILL overcome and sit upon the His Throne as He Overcame and now sits upon His Father’s Throne! These might as well be those who hear and respond to their God given responsibility to exercise their Legal Power, Authority and Dominion, which was purchased at Calvary. We are sure this authority extends over the serpents, the scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. If these enemies are still functioning or are “hurting us” it simply means we have not overcome them. If we have NOT overcome it means we are NOT exercising our restored Authority, Power and Dominion.

This has been forcefully revealed to me on the last trip to Cuba because I suffered many problems with my health and physical strength. Even my eyes were infected. This was also revealed on a recent trip to Venezuela where I was taken to the emergency room because I was suffering pains in my chest. Even though it was diagnosed as stomach problems I was certainly “hurting me.” After I returned to Ohio, I learned I had a stroke.

Therefore, this PROMISE of Power and Authority and Dominion has NOT yet been fulfilled in my experience. It is also true that it has not been fulfilled in MANY other Christians that I know.

This indicates to me that we have come to the time of a great need for this restoration of the Priesthood and the Lampstand Church to an effective and functioning Legal Power, Authority and Dominion manifestation. It is time to learn and experience this scriptural Truth;

L uke 10:19 "Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall injure you. 20 "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven."

The “method of Prayer” for exercising this power, authority and dominion and enforcing the total victory of Calvary upon God’s enemies is not so clear. Should we just pray and ask God to do it? Maybe fasting and prayer will be needed. How do we exercise this authority, power and dominion? First we need to be fully assured that He really HAS GIVEN us the authority and that we can actually tread upon serpents, scorpions, and over All the power of the enemies without being hurt. This can only be proven by our actual experience. Otherwise, we will always just be reciting doctrines and issuing concepts and Christian Cliches but without the manifestation of Power, Authority and Dominion!

If we are not absolutely certain that we actually have THAT authority it will be impossible to enforce that authority on God’s enemies, who are also our enemies. These “enemies” are acting against us and against God’s purposes. What IS their problem? Why are they so intense in their warfare against us? Did we do something to to offend them! We don’t even know these spirits without bodies so how do they know us?

If the church becomes a glorious church, without spot or wrinkle, holy and blameless, the judgement upon the demon’s operations should be prohibited quite easily. When the believers grow to the measure of the stature that belongs to Christ Jesus their authority to judge and cause the enemies to cease is assured. They also know that! If the church comes to perfection in their obedience, the church will be qualified to judge the angels and the demons for their disobedience and to pass our judgement upon them is certain.

However, if these spirits without bodies can keep the church from becoming the Lampstand Church and prevent the Priesthood Ministry after the Order of Melchizedek from becoming a living reality, the fallen angels, demons, serpents, scorpions, and all God’s enemies will remain free from judgement and be free to continue their perversions. Why?

God must raise up a “perfect church” that will be qualified by their consecration and obedience to judge all disobedience. When that happens it will signal the time for the burning of all the tares whether they have bodies or not. Therefore, these enemies of God have a vested interest in keeping the visible church in a comatose state and the real believers from growing up into the life and character of Christ Jesus. This “work of deception and perversion” is very aggressive now. Why? That is because they are acting for their own self preservation. Therefore, they are very intense about attacking the church and especially anyone that is beginning to exercise authority and advance into a maturity that can fulfill God’s Eternal Purpose.

Of course the evil spirits access point into our lives and body are through the flesh. That means through any fallen attributes that have not been rectified and transformed by our life in Christ. If we manifest any of the fallen attributes of first Adam, we are fair game for them and they seem to have a legal right to afflict us in those areas. Then how can we possibly defend ourselves? Even if we are not strong enough spiritually to attack them and start an offensive warfare against them, we surely must be able to at least defend ourselves from their attack.

In their first corporate attack against Jesus in the wilderness, it seems clear that He was able to defend Himself but we don’t recognize that He was effective in an Offensive warfare attack against them. Just building a strong defense for protecting ourselves from their attack, appears to be our first objective. If we cannot protect ourselves, we are not yet ready for an offensive battle.

It appears that even at Gethsemane Jesus was still on the defensive and was just barely able to defend Himself against the full forces of all the assembled evil. Then at Calvary when he was subjected to unbearable pain and suffering and all the attacks were unrelenting, He was still in the defensive mode. He was just trying to hold to His consecration to do the whole will of God.

However, this was, also, the greatest offensive battle of all time because the devil was successful and active in killing an innocent man. Now, there already was the Law of Moses against killing an innocent man which was established upon the earth at Mount Sinai. The devil became guilty of breaking that Law. When the devil and the angels fell there was no law on the earth, at that time, which could judge Satan and the angels.

1Cor 2:6 Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; 7 but we speak God's wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom, which God predestined before the ages to our glory; 8 the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory;

We could say that Satan and the rulers of this age fell into the trap and crucified

Jesus, who was without sin and innocent, and that is what sealed their destiny in hell. Therefore, the prince of this world has already been judged. The judgement of the angels has been assigned to the perfected church. Why them? Because the church will only be able to judge the angel’s disobedience by their obedience to the things of God! The travesty of the visible church is that she ignores any responsibility of obedience because THE GRACE that some have preached overrules our responsibility to obedience .

None of this explanation this far clarifies how or what method of prayer we can use to defend ourselves or attack the works of darkness. We need to be aware of what tools have been assigned to us to defend ourselves because that seems to be the first priority. It seems that what Jesus used was His voice to cast out the demons. It was with His voice that He said to the devil “It is written.” God created everything by just speaking the Word into existence as in; “Let there be light” and it was so! The Centurion Soldier told Jesus “Just say the word and my servant will be healed.”

Because these forces of evil, that are trying to destroy us have no bodies, neither our warfare against them nor our defensive position can be established with carnal or earthly weapons. Guns or knives are of no use to us. Therefore, even the scriptures are not specific about this issue even though this is clearly the responsibility of the church.

2Cor 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5 We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, 6 and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.

While this sounds like a powerful weapon against the enemy forces, it gives us no explanation of what authority he is speaking about or how to do that. He doesn’t explain how these weapons of warfare actually work. Therefore, the only actual examples we have is someone commanding the evil forces!

It is generally assumed that the spoken word (commandment) releases the Legal Authority, Power and Dominion AGAINST these forces of evil and darkness! It seems to be true that the power is released and activated by that which is spoken out from our mouth by faith. While we “SPEAK” audibly and forcefully directly to the spirits without bodies (and who are invisible) our actual key to authority is the Name of Jesus. If we are not completely assured that He “Has All Authority in Heaven and in Earth,” and that He is holding us responsibility to enforce that authority upon God’s enemies, there will be no effectiveness of our words and the forces of evil will ignore us. How do I know that? Because it has happened to me many times.

It seems clear that we cannot send “thoughts of aggressive anger” against them by praying. It is not effective to ask God to do something against them when He has assigned this work to us! Asking them politely to leave us alone has not worked. Jesus commanded the unclean and evil spirts to leave or we say He cast them out by His words. Paul also commanded the unclean spirits to leave by speaking directly to them.

Act 8:5 And Philip went down to the city of Samaria and began proclaiming Christ to them. 6 And the multitudes with one accord were giving attention to what was said by Philip, as they heard and saw the signs which he was performing. 7 For in the case of many who had unclean spirits, they were coming out of them shouting with a loud voice; and many who had been paralyzed and lame were healed.

Philip cast out the demons but it doesn’t tell us what he said or how he did it. In other words there is no formal instruction or mechanical system revealed on how to cast the spirits out of suffering individuals. It seems that all we have been given are examples of some believers doing this ministry of deliverance. Jesus said, “In My Name you shall cast out demons.”

It appears that of all the things we have tried, nothing has worked to relieve the situations of physical sickness and the health problems that have plagued the believers. Therefore, repeating these religious rituals and spiritual activities a few more times over several months is silly.

For that reason there only seems to be one alternative and that is speaking vocally and forcible directly to the devil or to the demons that serve him. Probably a loud voice will not be necessary because we already tried that. Since this is exercising our Legal Authority, Power and Dominion over everything that creeps on the earth, the volume of our voice is irrelevant. Why? It is the Legality of our position and His Name that causes the demons to leave. In other words, a loud voice without any legal authority is futile.

Of course this is not complicated but if we stand and begin to speak to the invisible realm, we may feel very foolish UNLESS we have the revelation that these spirits without bodies are really ther, are listening and are the source of our problems.

The first 20 years that my wife and I were born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit we cast out hundreds of demons. We did that by loudly commanding them in the Name of Jesus to come out. The Bible says that Jesus cast out the demons with a word which we assume was by an audible command. We sometimes commanded for hours before they came out. Jesus did not spend more than a minute or so casting them out. From this experience and Bible knowledge, I realized that I never had really depended solely upon ALL the Power, Dominion and Authority which was given us Legally. We were just shouting the Name of Jesus and depended upon these Words to do the work. Even though hundreds of demons left, we now realize the method we used was flawed. We assume that neither Jesus nor Paul nor Philip used the shouting method to cast out demons and heal the sick.

The point I am making is this; My physical problems are not just a matter of

casting out demons. I still do that “ministry” a few times each year. My concern with traveling to these strange areas is whether I am fully equipped to defend myself while in enemy territory. This “personal defense” may be more difficult than casting out demons. Many demons that are in people are not very strong with the power to resist but the spiritual forces, that are arrayed against us in certain places of the world, are quite strong. Being able to defend myself has become my number one priority so I can continue to travel and share in those places.

Taking two months to recover after going to those places does not seem right so I need to discover the answer to this dilemma so I can defend my self.

Even though I have several people praying for me when I traveled, this does not seem to be effective protection now. The battle becomes more personal now and it may be that God wants me to develop a unique method of protection for each day that I am on the enemies territory. Even though we have stood at our property line and forbid the very strong winds from coming on our property and it stopped, I have not been able to effectively stop these attacks of the enemy upon my body.

My confidence it this; There IS a solution to this problem but God must show me the way it is done because I have not found anyone who has developed this “kind of protection” as a personal experience. Many have good doctrines about this authority but I am looking for the reality.

I recorded a notation that on March 16, 2011 at about 6:00 AM I began my Legal Defense and stood on my legal ground. I spoke against every evil force and afflicting spirits, without bodies, for several minutes and audibly commanded them to release my body because they have no legal right to afflict it. After about one hour I fell asleep again. This morning I have no indigestion. My breathing is normal. I walked rapidly around the property 5 times and had no shortness of breath. The growth in my groin has decreased and I feel restored.

Now that I have turned to the “Legal aspects of our Authority over the forces of evil and the afflicting spirits,” rather than just reciting Bible facts, this seems to be more effective in my experience! Still, someday, I want to take this reality into the enemy’s territory AFTER I know I can protect myself. This is one aspect of the Kingdom message that I have misunderstood! Now the LEGAL aspects of Calvary and the Absolute Governmental Authority of the Kingdom of God and our responsibility to enforce our jurisdiction over the enemies of God and the hand of all that hate us, that has become my new priority in Prayer. Just because I have no other way of distinguishing this Kind of Prayer from the other kind, I am calling this INCENSE PRAYER!

I have a confidence that others will also join me in this conflict with evil forces, after they learn the difference between “asking prayer” and “Enforcing Prayer.” However, I want to become effective exercising Authority and Dominion over this physical area that has been assigned to the saints living here, before I visit the really bad areas again!

However, I am convinced that “PRIESTHOOD” is all part of the preparation to exercise Kingdom Authority by burning the Incense that can be stored in Heaven. This Incense WAS burned just before the Third Veil that was torn when Jesus died. Now the Incense is burned directly before the Throne of God because the Third Veil is Torn. I keep reminding myself to;

Remember, the Incense must rise up out of US because in the New Covenant WE become that Gold Altar that Burns The Incense! I will need to explain that later. However, In David’s Tabernacle there was NO Altar and NO Veil and David indicated that his prayer rose up as Incense! Therefore, the Incense was rising up from David and NOT from some other Altar!

Act 15:15 "And with this the words of the Prophets agree, just as it is written, 16 'AFTER THESE THINGS I will return, AND I WILL REBUILD THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID WHICH HAS FALLEN, AND I WILL REBUILD ITS RUINS, AND I WILL RESTORE IT, 17 IN ORDER THAT THE REST OF MANKIND MAY SEEK THE LORD, AND ALL THE GENTILES WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME,' 18 SAYS THE LORD, WHO MAKES THESE THINGS KNOWN FROM OF OLD.

Amos 9:11 "In that day I will raise up the fallen booth of David, And wall up its breaches; I will also raise up its ruins, And rebuild it as in the days of old; 12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom And all the nations who are called by My name," Declares the LORD who does this. 13 "Behold, days are coming," declares the LORD, "When the plowman will overtake the reaper And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; When the mountains will drip sweet wine, And all the hills will be dissolved.

If we are in the dispensation when God “Rebuilds the Tabernacle of David,” our prayer time will certainly change and the Necessity for Incense should be obvious. No longer will Incense be just a type to share but an EXPERIENCE to be practically realized.

The HARVEST REVIVAL follows the Rebuilding of the Tabernacle of David!
