550 — The Gospel of the Kingdom, Salvation

The Gospel of “The Table Set For Two” – Christianity

His Yoke Is Easy And His Burden is Light

            “Easy Christianity, 101”

August 12, 2013

Mat 11:27 “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son, except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. 29 “Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and YOU SHALL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. 30 “For My yoke is easy, and My load is light.”

This would have been confusing “good news” to those fully committed Christians who were waiting to be thrown to the lions or those who were to be torn in two by horses. Maybe we should make certain exactly what He said because this would seem strange to any man after the image of the first Adam! Humanism will certainly interpret this verse differently from the inspired Christian. Humanism could receive at least this much understanding; “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” (Quit working and live like the birds) The prosperity gospel could accept this; “For My yoke is easy, and My load is light.” (He wants us to have an abundance of all things) The gospel of super grace could exploit this scripture very easily. (God loves you like you are, why change?) However, the Book of Acts is the actual experience of the revelation of what He said and how this works out in history. If we interpreted this verse from the Book of Acts and the Epistles we would have a much clearer understanding of what He said. Obviously, this cannot be interpreted from the visible, the physical or the natural realm.

None of the Bible Commentaries offer a clear answer to what He said simply because it does not make much sense in the light of early church history, which didn’t appear to be easy and light! For example; How can we interpret Paul’s experience in the light of this verse. Combining 1 Corinthians Chapter 11 and Chapter 6 with these verses does not make much sense in the physical or natural realm.

Now, it should be clear that the viewpoint of the outward man will obviously conflict with the viewpoint of the New Inner Man, the New Species. What is terribly heavy and burdensome viewpoint to the outward man may not be even slightly comparable with the viewpoint of the New Inner Man.

My point is this; “Easy and light Christianity, 101" cannot be related to the natural man of the species of the first Adam. To him, Christianity is not just difficult, it is impossible! This “difference” reflects the extreme difference between how one person views Christianity and why that viewpoint could be in radical disagrement with how another understands the scriptures. This is one basic reason why we have so many different denominations but only One Bible and One Lord and One Holy Spirit. Each denomination has established its “normalcy bias” that is set as the Standard for that group and they will defend that bias to the maximum. We are making no judgement, just stating a fact!

The context tells of something about this “other” realm that is speaks to us FROM another dimension. “No one knows the Son, except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” In other words, Those who were with Jesus daily had no personal way of knowing or recognizing Jesus. It is also certain that NO ONE today has this ability by natural means. Therefore, we can conclude that NO ONE can know the Father except by revelation and that is wholly within the prerogative and the sovereignty of the Son.

John 17:25 “O righteous Father, although the world has not known Thee, yet I have known Thee; and these have known that Thou didst send Me; 26 and I have made Thy name known to them, and will make it known; that the love wherewith Thou didst love Me may be in them, and I in them.”

Here is something we might witness! “I Would like to introduce you to Jesus and the Father so that you might know them” is an evangelistic error that sounds good but is outside the capacity or the prerogative of man. No one can do that except by God’s willingness to reveal Himself. The Father has granted that right exclusively to the Son.

In this same way the natural outward man will view the person of Jesus one way and even opposite from how a spiritual person, that has been given revelation, will view Jesus. Some only see Him as the Savior. Is that wrong? No! Is that a complete revelation of who He is? Not even close! How can this conflict exist when so many call themselves by what has become an abstract but universal term called “Christian?”

Mat 11:27 “All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son, except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

My theory is that EVERYTHING begins in the Sovereignty of God and from that we can reason down to man. No one, by study, can learn to know the Father or to know the Son. This understanding only comes by revelation! This understanding does not come to us by osmoses as we attend meetings and listen to irrelevant messages. From this scripture we learn that True Spiritual Understanding is NOT transferable from one person to another person through messages or other media. “KNOWING” in this dimension is by revelation which is the prerogative of the Father. This “knowing” begins with God and by His prerogative this knowledge comes down to man.

G1921 epiginosko (My margin says “To Know Perfectly.” to become fully acquainted with,

To “know” the Son or to “know” the Father is NOT from the Tree of Knowledge and this “knowledge” is not transferable from one person to another. This “knowing” is within the Life dimension.

Mat 19:24 “And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” 25 And when the disciples heard this, they were very astonished and said, “Then who can be saved?” 26 And looking upon them Jesus said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

If we can begin our gospel of “Kingdom Salvation” with the Sovereignty of God, it is easy to understand that God is in the absolute “drivers seat” in all eternal matters. All things are determined by God and predestined according to His purpose! Man is free to establish irrelevant religious systems, customs, traditions, doctrines and a diverse bias of his own making but in the eternal things man is always subject to God’s Absolute Sovereignty.

John 6:44 “No one can come to Me, unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day. 45 “It is written in the prophets, ‘AND THEY SHALL ALL BE TAUGHT OF GOD.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me.

John 6:63 “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. 64 “But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him. 65 And He was saying, “For this reason I have said to you, that no one can come to Me, unless it has been granted him from the Father.” 66 As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew, and were not walking with Him anymore.

If we miss or ignore the tremendous difference between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant these scriptures will be lost to us. Calvary and the introduction to the New Covenant has created a great chasm between those who “know” and those who don’t. This transaction has altered forever how God speaks to the church. If we are still trying to hear God by the Old Covenant methods we will be severely disappointed.

Heb 1:1 God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in (or by) the prophets in many portions and in many ways, 2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. 3 And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.

In former years and dispensations God spoke to man through angels and also through the prophets but now, under the New Covenant, He has spoken (and is speaking) to us IN HIS SON! In reading Hebrews 1 it is quite apparent that “HIS SON” has taken on other realms and dimensions that what we could recognize as “the Man, Christ Jesus!” We know that God created everything thorough His Word.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; ( the Word) and without him (the Word) was not any thing made that was made.

Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

To the natural man reading these verses it would be apparent that the Bible is a confused book that says all things were created by the Word of God in one place and that all things were created by Jesus Christ in another place.

It is also obvious that Jesus Christ didn’t appear on the scene until about 2000 years ago, long after the creation in Genesis 1. What IS clear is that there are realms that are not of this earth dimension and if we attempt to interpret everything from the Old Covenant standard designed for the natural man, too much makes no sense at all.

The New Covenant is NOTHING like the Old Covenant and the New Covenant is mediated by His Son and because of that it is built upon better promises. From Calvary and the first Pentecost until now we need to understand that such a radical change has taken place that all knowledge and interpretation of scripture has transitioned into another dimension and method of understanding. If we have finally acknowledged that “they shall have no need for man to teach them” because “they all shall be taught of God,” we should recognize the radical transition that has taken place within the New Covenant. This is one reason it is such a travesty to attempt to mix these two covenants. These must stand as separate and distinct agreements and those of each dispensation have been assigned different destinies. Therefore, different preparations are required. The Kingdom Christianity has been integrally linked to the New Covenant and we cannot understand one without the other. Kingdom Christianity can ONLY be linked to the New Covenant simply because the only provision to live in the Kingdom dimension comes to us in the New Covenant! It seems clear now that to separate the Kingdom from Christianity is to emasculate Christianity. We could say the “Normal Christianity” fits well into the church men are building but ONLY Kingdom Christianity can fit into the Church that He is building.

It is not difficult to understand that this man centered gospel which begins in man’s great need has attempted to get people “saved” by having them make a decision to escape hell and make heaven their home! In most cases this “gospel” does NOT begin in God’s Sovereignty or His Kingdom Government and assumes that man can wait and decide his eternal destiny when he pleases. It is from this (God’s Absolute Sovereignty) that we identify “Kingdom Salvation.”

Some of our remarks about salvation have been misunderstood because we didn’t clarify the difference between the various “salvations.” Actually, we have not denied there is a “basic salvation.” We do not deny that the Old Covenant saints were “saved.” For example; “salvation” in the Outer Court dimension has to do with our preparation or our beginnings. This could be related to Israel’s “being saved” in Egypt and the trip to Mount Sinai, however, this was in the outward and temporal state but does not guarantee an eternal salvation.

“Salvation” in the Holy Place dimension is related to our function and a certain degree of overcoming! This could be related to giving the Law, the Tabernacle, the Priesthood and the sacrifices at Mount Sinai and even to Israel’s entrance into Canaan, in the natural realm. However, eternal salvation must be related to another dimension. Nevertheless, “Salvation” in the Most Holy Place [Kingdom Salvation] cannot be related to Israel at all under the Old Covenant because that salvation was in a different and lower realm. John the Baptist excelled in that salvation but could not qualify for the Kingdom of God. The “Most Holy Place” Salvation is related to our perfection or maturity and those things revealed within the New Jerusalem and Mount Zion. This “Salvation” is ONLY possible within the provision and experience of the New Covenant! When we relate things to the Most Holy Place we try to use the word “perfection” instead of “maturity.” Why? It is because while “maturity” may relate to our qualification, “perfection” relates us to the Government of the World yet to come. Some may be “mature” but still not yet “perfected.” However, Mount Zion is the beauty of Perfection.

While we are investigating confusing verses that relate to the Kingdom of God and its internal Government, lets us, once again, look at John 3;3 and 3:5. Why is this important? Many groups just consider John 3:3 as paramount because that relates to being “born again.” Their concept is that when you are “born again” you are “saved” so that is final. Why, then, should we be concerned with anything else? The question fails to address the problem of “KINGDOM SALVATION.”

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” 4 Nicodemus *said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?”

John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

John 3:7 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 “The wind (Spirit) blows (breaths) where it (He) wishes and you hear the sound (voice) of it (Him) , but do not know where it (He) comes from and where it(He) is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” 9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?” 10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not understand these things?

Jesus seems to infer that understanding these things is just basic understanding to anyone who is a teacher / leader! It is clear that Jesus did NOT stop at the “born again experience” because he was not speaking about some “basic salvation” as is popularly taught today. He is relating this whole dimension to the coming of the Holy Spirit and the Kingdom of God. In other words this relates us to the New Covenant and the HIGHER heavenly dimension.

This was obviously very confusing to Nicodemus because he was only thinking in the physical dimension which is common among “Christians” today. Now Jesus will clarify the understanding to help Nicodemus understand. Why is this clarification important to us? That is because we have the same problem with “born of the water and born of the Spirit” that Nicodemus had with being born again.

John 3:11 “Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak that which we know, and bear witness of that which we have seen; and you do not receive our witness. 12 “If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how shall you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 “And no one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven, even the Son of Man.

If we just understood what He said from an earthly viewpoint, we could conclude that Jesus, the Son of Man, originated in heaven but descended to earth as was talking to Nicodemus! Of course that is still a popular concept among theologians.

This is a popular concept; “The Great Jehovah left heaven, arrived in Bethlehem and became a man.” Of course the Bible says that He sent His Word and healed them. Now we know that it was the Holy Spirit that transported the Divine Sperma, the Living and Abiding Word of God, and deposited it into Mary and Jesus was conceived. If we explained this by earthly biology it might seem incredible. However, this produced the ONLY “begotten Son” that was birthed through a woman. Still, God’s Eternal Purpose requires that He bring MANY SONS to that same glory. However, these “sons” MUST be born of the exact same Sperma but NOT through a woman. Therefore, you MUST be “born again” just to “see” the Kingdom. In other words, you cannot “see” the Kingdom just from a natural birth. Therefore, you must first be birthed into another and higher dimension just to see things in that higher dimension.

Now, it seems obvious, that “seeing” and “entering” are two different and separate experiences. The “difference” is in these two other births of being born of the water and also born of the Spirit. We must first reorient our thinking to understand things in another dimension because this is NOT about earthly things but about heavenly things.

This is the basic problem with sharing things about the Kingdom. Was Jesus just being super selective and mysterious about clarifying these things? Surely Nicodemus was a sincere seeker who came Jesus to receive truth. Why didn’t Jesus open up the whole theme about the Kingdom and take the time to explain? This was simply because this “theologian” had no capacity to understand ANYTHING from that dimension.

Well, shame on Nicodemus, who was a teacher in Israel but could NOT understand these basic things! However, now we find ourselves in the exact same situation. We can easily conclude that “born of water” is baptism and “born of Spirit” is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. But how did we arrive at that conclusion? By earthly reasoning or by heavenly reasoning?

In this “Kingdom Dimension” The Spirit breaths where He wishes and you hear the voice of Him, but do not know where He comes from and where He is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Therefore, let us transpose this truth from Him to us.

Everyone who is born of the Spirit breaths where he wishes and you hear the voice of the one born of the Spirit, but do not know where he comes from and where he is going!

But, brother Leo, that just doesn’t make any sense. Ok, now we recognize the problem. This dimension of the Spirit is also the dimension of the Kingdom. Or, of course we could say that the dimension of the Kingdom IS the dimension of the Holy Spirit. That is why they both came together on the Day of Pentecost. What Jesus, who was born of the Divine Sperma and a participant in the Word of God, said in John 14 -15 and 16, and other places, must be tied into the Kingdom dimension to be fully experienced. Why? We CANNOT separate the Holy Spirit from the Kingdom or the Kingdom from the Holy Spirit. Why? These are integratly and inseparably linked together and function in this other higher dimension! Entering into THAT dimension is a Life altering experience. Now, possibly, we can understand the words that Jesus spoke to Nicodemus about these three progressive births. It should be obvious that being “born of the Spirit” is something far beyond the Baptism in the Holy Spirit but is still dependent upon this initial experience. Being “born of the water and born of the Spirit” are exclusively New Covenant experiences.

John 14:16 “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; 17 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you.

This NEW dimension of the Holy Spirit is that He will be “IN” the New Covenant believer. “WITH YOU” was an Old Covenant experience but “IN YOU” is the New Covenant Experience. How do we know that?

Eze 36:26 “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 “And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.

The transition from the Old Covenant “experience” to the New Covenant “experience” is the great difference between one believer’s experience and another believer’s experience. Since this IS the critical issue it is of paramount importance that every minister has this actual experience and that he insists upon every believer have this essential experience. To imply that this “experience” passed away with the last Apostle is the very height of ignorance.

Now, to bring this back to the “Born Again” experience of the New Covenant let us look once again at what that “birth” means.

1Peter 1:20 For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you 21 who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 22 Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, 23 for you have been born again not of seed (spora) (sperma) which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and abiding word of God.

“IF” we have been truly “born again” it means that the Living and ABIDING Word of God, who may have been “with us,” is now within in us!

Both the “New Spirit” (the Living Word of God) AND “My Spirit” (the Holy Spirit) are the provision of the New Covenant and this combination makes the “Kingdom Christian” life possible.

Isaiah 59:20 “And a Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” declares the LORD. 21 “And as for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the LORD: “My Spirit which is upon you, ( the Redeemer) and My words which I have put in your mouth (the Redeemer), shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the LORD, “from now and forever.”

The exact same Spirit that was upon Jesus and the exact same Word that was in His mouth is the provision (by Covenant) for every “Kingdom Christian.” Surely, it is clear, that Jesus is the prototype Son and EVERY New Covenant Christian has been given EVERYTHING we need to grow up into Him.

Therefore, the reason I took all this paper to introduce the subject of this other dimension was to introduce “THE TABLE SET FOR TWO!” I first introduced the “doctrine” of “the Table Set for Two” in Miami over 20 years ago. At that time is was a cute concept and made a good but irrelevant convention type message.

I had the hotel set up a small table with a white table cloth and place settings for two with two chairs and a candle for light. We put the cup and the bread on the table also which was the focal point of the table. The light in the room was turned down and I shared from Psalm 23 sitting at the table. Both the Bread and the Cup were the central part of the presentation and I explained the difference between the Corporate Lord’s Table, which is for “remembrance” and the “Table Set For Two” which is of this other dimension.

While the Cup and the Bread appears the same as 1 Corinthians 11, EVERYTHING else is quite different. I must emphasize that this Convention Message was ONLY a “message of words” with a concept about the table and its content but certainly not my experience. In reality, this “fulness of the Table” is still beyond my experience simply because it touches this other dimension of the Kingdom of God and might be a integral part of “Kingdom Salvation.”

Psalm 23; The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. 3 He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me. 5 Thou dost prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Except for the multitude of enemies, there are only two principles involved in this “Table set for Two.” This is JUST exclusively for the Lord and I. The Lord is in total control and has become the private and personal Teacher/ Shepherd. The ultimate goal of this extreme encounter is; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

The problem with this picture is that this Table is set in the midst of my enemies. If we consider the intimacy of “this Table Set For Two” it seems strange that there was not a much better place to set it up, far away from the enemies. Even a Hotel Conference Room would seem better. However, now we are not talking about another irrelevant message about tables but about a personal encounter that may be the very first experience of this higher realm. We must be aware that this encounter is of the NEXT dimension. In other words we are NOT speaking about earthly things but of heavenly things. By the former referrence, this is that realm of “born of the Spirit.” This is the dimension of the Inner Anointing and the overflowing Cup. All this is beyond the realm of men teaching and advances us into the realm where “You shall all be taught of God.”

Well, brother, He will certainly drive the enemies out very quickly. No, and that IS the problem. Why? Because we carry the enemies with us! Of course, until we are in His overwhelming Presence, we don’t know the enemies are in us.

This encounter could be likened to Zaccheus, the tax collecting thief, meeting Jesus. Or of John falling like a dead man in His Presence, or of Paul getting knocked off his horse and realizing that he thought, as Pharisee, that he saw but was actually blind. These are probably very poor examples of this encounter at the “table” but may reflect, in a small way, our reaction to His Perfection and Glory. Of course I am just guessing about the devastating effect of this encounter. Still, I have some understanding about all these enemies that gather at and around the “Table Set For Two.” The type from entering Canaan is seen in the “seven nations and the thirty one kings,” the enemies that confronted Israel.

Anyone who will literally set up this “Table” and is intent upon experiencing Psalm 23 and then touch Psalm 24, will very quickly encounter a host of enemies and realize you brought most of them with you because they are part of you. If we related our experience of these enemies to the seven nations and the 31 kings encountered when they entered Canaan it might be clearer.

Am I trying to discourage you from trying? Not at all! However, I am attempting to persuade you NOT to run away in fear but to stay at the Table and let the enemies be exposed! I am guessing that this experience is totally humiliating.

But, brother, is it OK to participate in the Lord’s Table, the Cup and the bread, by myself? I am guessing that if the enemies appear and the Holy Spirit does NOT convict you, that it is OK. Why? This is not just a remembrance of His death until He comes again but is an intimacy with the One who has already come to the Table. This is not a corporate sharing but is personal and individual where a washing of the feet is in another and higher dimension.

John 13:6 And so He *came to Simon Peter. He *said to Him, “Lord, do You wash my feet?” 7 Jesus answered and said to him, “What I do you do not realize now, but you shall understand hereafter.8 Peter *said to Him, “Never shall You wash my feet!” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.

While many of these mysteries are not known or understood, that does Not mean they are beyond our capacity to understand AND experience if we can penetrate those barriers. However, since Peter, at that time had no idea what Jesus was doing, did not mean he could never understand. Why? Because it was His purpose to reveal it, hereafter. Then why didn’t Peter explain it later on? That is because this is of that other dimension of the “Table Set For Two.” How do we know that? By realizing that Peter could easily know that Jesus was washing his feet in the natural realm but had no idea what Jesus was doing in this other dimension that requires revelation.

It seems that it would be good if Jesus just took the time to explain it to all the disciples and not have them wait until it was revealed. This is exactly the problem with that realm. It CANNOT be revealed until we have the capacity to receive revelation. My thesis is this; It is the New Covenant that makes this revelation possible!

Of course I am guessing, but it seems reasonable that so much that is a mystery today can and will be revealed at this “Table Set For Two.”

Well, brother, what kind of table should we get and how big should it be? Should we use real wine or grape juice and should the bread be white or whole wheat? Is it OK to use bread that is already cut? How big a cup should we use? Can we just use a regular cup?

I hope everyone can see that all these details just relate us to the earth realm and has NOTHING to do with what we are sharing. This “Table Set For Two” is set in the Kingdom / Heavenly realm. How do we know that? Because, He is already the King of His Kingdom. Therefore, “entering the Kingdom where He is King” and where the “Table is Prepared”is the real issue. This is why all these “births” are essential and are necessary for our entrance into that realm.

This is NOT about sitting on His lap and feeling His arms around us that is a popular fantasy in women conferences! Exposing these enemies (antichrists within) must be a terrifying experience.

Rev 3:20 ‘Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me.

Rev 3:21 ‘He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Overcoming in this realm of “hearing My voice and opening the door” is a tremendous thing and seems to be directly related to this “dining with Him.” That is why we are relating the “Table Set For Two” with this realm of overcoming. Why? Because it is then that the “enemies within” come into view. Why? This “overcoming dimension” also relates us to this “Table” that is set in the midst of my enemies.

John 6:53 Jesus therefore said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. 54 “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. 55 “For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. 56 “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.

The fact that many of Jesus’ disciples stopped walking with Him after He said these things indicates they understood nothing from that realm.

What Jesus was communicating here in John 6 is obviously from that other invisible / heavenly realm. If He was just speaking about earthly things, He was having some delusional problems. Still, this experience is so essential and necessary that our eternal destiny depends upon it. My point is this; To eat His flesh and drink His blood is in this realm of the “Table Set For Two” and this cup and this bread are of an entirely different realm.

John 6:49 “Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. 50 “This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. 51 “I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he shall live forever; and the bread also which I shall give for the life of the world is My flesh.”

It seems certain that whether the bread is sliced, white or whole wheat is totally irrelevant.

Why? That is because none of this “experience” is from the earth realm nor do they occur in the natural ream or with natural elements. Therefore, relating John 6 with 1 Corinthians 11 and the Lord’s Table is really ignorant!

Well, brother, when can we have a “Table Set for Two” meeting with the candle and place settings and the two chairs? Dimming the lights would really be important for atmosphere! The point I am making is that would be just another irrelevant meeting where we sing some songs, read some verses, but NEVER eat His flesh or drink His blood. Therefore, we leave without the “LIFE that IS available.”

I am, really, not interested in having any more of that type of time wasting earthly meetings. While I don’t understand John 6 and most of these mysteries, I do recognize what is eternal and what is a big waste of time. If John 6 is true and can be experienced, then nothing else matters. If John 6 is understood as relevant, we should be able to identify a whole system that is irrelevant?

If John 6 actually relates to “the Table Set for Two,” then Spiritual meetings will follow the experience rather than provide the experience! If an “assembly of believers,” who had experienced and then passed through the “Table Set for Two” reality, came together for a “meeting,” what would that meeting look like? Maybe something like 1 Corinthians 14 where EVERYBODY brought something eternal to share in the meeting. Attending a meeting like this “AS WE SEE THE TIME DRAWING NEAR” would really make sense!

Attending another irrelevant meeting “AS WE SEE THE TIME DRAWING NEAR” makes no sense to me now. Attending another meeting where there is neither “LIGHT NOR SALT” appears to be a big waste of time. Hopefully, that level of “salvation” will be accepted by God and will fit somewhere in the various levels of the World Yet to Come but as New Covenant Kingdom Believers we MUST go on to Perfection, complete God Plan for us, personally, and fulfill all preparation necessary to participate in His Eternal Purpose! THIS is what we are calling Kingdom Salvation!

IF the “Table Set For Two” provides that revelation, our Life can never be the same old, same old, again.
