#466 – The Kingdom Profile (A Short Description)

Establishing A “profile” of the Kingdom Work, the Kingdom Life, The Kingdom Testimony, The Kingdom Experience and The Kingdom Message.

Whenever we read the 150 scriptures related to the Kingdom of God it is clear that the Kingdom is not about one or two things but is very diverse in its applications to every aspect of our life, work and ministry. For that reason the Kingdom of God must affect every avenue of our existence. Because the natural man, after the first Adam, has absolutely no ability to live or function in this realm, the Kingdom can only be effective in a new creation of man who is of a different species from the first Adam. Therefore, the Kingdom of God must be within us where this tremendous transformation must begin.

There was no provision for a new inner man of a New Creation under the Old Covenant so the Kingdom of God was only prophetic until the time and experience of the New Covenant. Daniel prophesied very clearly and accurately concerning the Kingdom but his prophesy was sealed up because it could not be fulfilled under the Old Covenant.

Dan 7:13 “I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him. 14 “And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations, and men of every language Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed.

Dan 7:18 ‘But the saints of the Highest One will receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, for all ages to come.’

Dan 7:27 ‘Then the sovereignty, the dominion, and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.’

Dan 12:4 “But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”

Even though the words about the Kingdom were written down and became a part of the Jewish Bible, the understanding of what they meant were sealed up. The problem is that these truths are still “sealed up” for too much of the church and multitudes are ignorant of the wonderful time in which we live.

Because the message of the Kingdom has been ignored by the ministries in the church, the diverse preparation of the saints to participate in the Kingdom has been neglected. There is a strange doctrine today that indicates that when you are born again you are already perfect and you are accepted into the Kingdom with full authority. Because you are “in Christ” and Jesus is on the Throne of Heaven, you are already on the Throne of God “in Him.” Even a shallow understanding of the Kingdom of God will destroy this foolish doctrine. However, the casual believer always welcomes this theory when it is preached.

Many of the things we have shared about the Kingdom I believe are correct as far as the message of the Kingdom is concerned. Not all who preach about the Kingdom will preach the same message in the same way. The old saying is “Go everywhere preaching the Gospel and if necessary use words.” This is the basis of what I will share in this document.

Philippines 1:15 Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even from envy and strife, but some also from good will; 16 the latter do it out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel; 17 the former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition, rather than from pure motives, thinking to cause me distress in my imprisonment. 18 What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed; and in this I rejoice, yes, and I will rejoice.

There are all sorts of motives behind the preaching of the gospel. Then there are various messages that are presented as the gospel that men have used to enrich themselves. Paul recognized several motives behind the preaching but considered it of small importance IF the gospel was being preached. Obviously others shared a gospel from a different viewpoint than Paul but he accepted that effort even if it was from a wrong motive.

Of course this also applies to the Message of the Kingdom. Some are more interested in writing books about the Kingdom because there is more profit in books. Nevertheless, their message about the Kingdom may be accurate even though their motive was selfish and self-centered. Even though the Kingdom may be preached, there is no guarantee that the message is correct. Of course there are some who use the phrase “the Kingdom of God” as a cliche during the preaching to indicate they are saying something relevant even though their “message” has no relevance to the Kingdom at all.

After preaching the Kingdom for over 30 years I now find some reasons for the lack of results. One is arriving at the genuine message of the Kingdom and the other is balancing the work in the Kingdom with the character of the Kingdom and then balancing everything with sharing an accurate message of the Kingdom from a pure motive. Since our goal is ultimately to manifest the GENUINE EXPERIENCE of the Kingdom, this INNER LIFE of the Kingdom Government must be our first priority. That means that the Government of God must be an inner reality and we are living by the Laws of God that he has infused within us. Unless we are living by these Laws we are considered as Lawless.

Matthew 7:20 “So then, you will know them by their fruits. 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 “Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’

Even demonstrating the gifts of the Spirit or manifesting the power of the Kingdom will NOT give us access to the Kingdom of Heaven. If we are not “living in the Kingdom Government” we can be rejected from the Kingdom. Therefore, a much better understanding of “fruits” will be required to effectively preach the Kingdom of God and to be accepted into those realms.

However, The message of the Kingdom goes no place without the zeal to work. The work goes no place without the character of the Kingdom to demonstrate the Life of the Kingdom. Without the Life and Character of the Kingdom, the message of the Kingdom falls to the ground. Without the Government of God as an inner reality, our gospel will be in word only but without power.

When I came to Miami recently the “message” of Luis and Cecilia Bernal was “we will teach you how to eat right and be healthy.” Luis had lost over 35 pounds and Cecilia had lost 30 pounds. They looked great but if they had both weighed 250 pounds their message would have been lost on me. However, their outward looks plus their testimony convinced me they were on the right track. I followed their eating habits for 4 weeks and I lost about 11 pounds so I am convinced that the message is real. I believed their testimony and now I have the experience, a personal testimony and NOT JUST ANOTHER DOCTRINE about weight loss. There is no limit to the books that are written about health and weight but they are only doctrines until they can become our experience. Like Christian doctrine, there is no reality or testimony unless we can actually live the Christian Life in the Christian way.

Balancing our testimony of the Kingdom, our experience of the Life of the Kingdom, our obedience to the Laws of the Kingdom within, our work in carrying the message to all the world and having a genuine WORD of the Kingdom to share (the Spirit and Life) is the goal of ministry. The lack of these qualities is what is delaying the manifestation of the Kingdom so people can see its reality in our life and testimony. It seems the “message of the Kingdom” is still held captive by the lack of the Life of the Kingdom being manifested. In other words a liar, a thief or an adulterer preaching the Kingdom will be totally ineffective even though the message may be accurate. That Kingdom message would be in “word only” with No Life, Spirit or reality. It may be possible for other “gospels” to be preached by a low character but the Kingdom message will hold us to a higher standard.

It is certain that the Kingdom Character does not come to us immediately when we begin to preach the message! In fact it may be several years before we can carry the actual experience of the Kingdom as a manifested reality so that a Kingdom character can seen by others. Nevertheless, we all MUST begin in the Kingdom dimension someplace and develop from there. Of course the discipline of God and His correction is essential to develop the Kingdom character which is Holiness.

Heb 12:5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM; 6 FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES.”

Heb 12:7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

Heb 12:9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? 10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, that we may share His holiness.

Heb 12:11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. 12 Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed. 14 Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.

In the last 12 years we have seen this combination of experience and doctrine develop slowly in some who attend our Saturday Night meetings as well as the Tuesday meetings. In 30 years of local and international church meetings I think I failed to manifest the character of the Kingdom. For that reason the message of the Kingdom was ineffective! Even though I may have preached accurately and faithfully the doctrine of the Kingdom, the lack of Life emasculated the message. Of course now it is evident to me that the message of the Kingdom without the LIFE and SPIRIT of the Kingdom is NOT effective.

While I wasted 30 years of my life trying to discover the reason for my failure to be an effective minister, I am now warning pastors everywhere to begin NOW and don’t waste their lives in fruitless activity or with unresponsive and shallow believers whom Paul says are just wood, hay or straw who will not survive the fire of testing. Beginning immediately with the Kingdom Government of God and its Laws as an inner reality is the basic foundation for an effective Kingdom Message. This “reality” is the result of a valid consecration to do the whole will of God. Since the Kingdom Government of God is absolutely sovereign, doing His will is NOT an option. The Kingdom Government and its inner laws are basic New Covenant reality and obedience to these Laws is not an option! We might question this “demand” with a suffering Savior but not as the Sovereign King. He passed through that experience of Savior to become the Sovereign King who is the absolute Head of a body where every member does His Sovereign will. Of course we must WIN the souls before they can even become believers. They MUST be Born Again just to SEE the Kingdom. It is AFTER THEY ARE WON that the real intense work of Spiritual labor begins if we are to just get them into the Kingdom experience. It seems that EVERY member of His body must do the will of the Head. Then after that we must begin making them ministers of the New Covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. This IS the next priority according to Ephesians 4:11 onward. The present ministries are SUPPOSED to be “perfecting the saints” so they can do the work of ministry. Since the “ministries” must be Priests after the Order of Melchizedek it is clear that the “5 ministries” must be making Saint / Priests after the same Order so the saints are qualified to do the work of Ministry.

If the Kingdom was a Kingdom of Believers our work would be much easier. Since the Kingdom is a Kingdom of Priests we must first BECOME Priests after the Order of Melchizedek BEFORE we can make priests for the Holy Place life and ministry. Pointing people toward the Holy Place and telling them “You must go there” is much different than being able as a genuine Priest to say “Come and follow me because I have already been there.” The great need in the church today is having Priests after the Order of Melchizedek functioning in the Holy Place Life and Ministry. This SHOULD take first priority over men appointing Apostles and other ministries for some Outer Court Ministry that will be totally ineffective in this next restoration that is beginning NOW.

The work ahead of us is nearly overwhelming unless we actually become NEW COVENANT MINISTERS! If we think what we did in the last ten years will be sufficient in the next ten years we have probably missed the purpose of God for today. Even today we may be ignorant of the intention of God for this next restoration to the Holy Place Life and Ministry.

Since I will be 85 in March, 2011, I am desperately looking for qualified ministers to share my burden and vision. A few consecrated people are appearing now and there are more prospects out there in other countries but most “believer / ministers” are VERY shallow in their Consecration and reject any cost to their comfort and life style.

It is disappointing to see the big ego and the apathetic approach to ministry and the attitude of “what I am doing now is sufficient for these people that God has given me. My job is to just keep them from backsliding and being faithful in their giving and attending meetings.”

I am concerned that God will hold us responsible to be effective ministers of God’s Purpose to every soul we have encountered. Preaching to large numbers is not the priority. I preached last Wednesday night to about 18 people but the anointing was as strong or stronger than when I shared with 1000 people in the ball park in Venezuela.

Recently, while in Miami, we were visited by some pastors from Cuba. From speaking with these men I have developed some elevated expectations for Oriente, Cuba and for other areas of Cuba when we go there in January. It may be that the time has come for the message of the Kingdom to be heard. The Liga Pastor from Holguin was excited to hear about the Kingdom and wants to bring 20 pastors from Liga to the meetings.

Even if I only can find one or two in Oriente that appear to be Kingdom material I will be satisfied. If I can only find just one in Marcay, one in Barcelona, and one in Merida, Venezuela in February I will be satisfied and the cost of going will be worth it. Why is this true at this time? Because it only requires one person in each locality to begin the restoration to the next dimension. The example is John the Baptist who fulfilled his calling and announced the time of the Kingdom Restoration had come. If we can just plant the real Kingdom seed in those fields we believe God will choose someone to water it and then God can cause it to grow.

While we were in Miami two Russian pastors came to the house and received the message of the Kingdom instantly and scheduled a meeting with other Russian pastors in Louisville, Kentucky in December of this year.

Other preachers may have more time but my time is quickly running out. I feel that I MUST produce something ETERNAL very quickly. Sometimes we find a few people that have demonstrated much zeal for the Kingdom and have demonstrated their zeal in actual work to advance the Kingdom message. I am always happy to work with these ministers even if they preach a different Kingdom priority than me. However, for each ministry burden and each opportunity to ministry the Word of the Kingdom we will need many people praying and supporting the front line ministries. These can be VERY diverse in their anointing, understanding and ability.

There are some who are faithful to translate the documents into Spanish to help others and other countries receive the message and others are faithful to act as centers of communication. Others are faithful to work in sending out information and administrating the meetings. Also beside the spiritual ministries necessary there is the every day faithfulness of people to look after details. We need everybody in each level of ministry to manifest the true message of the Kingdom out from their Life experience. This is what confirms the message to seekers who are looking for reality.

The diversity of ministry is very important in scripture and especially within the body of believers. Besides the ministries that Christ sets in the church in Ephesians 4:11 there are the ministries that The Father sets in the church in 1 Corinthians 12:28. Many of these ministries are not public ministries but nevertheless they are very essential to the Gospel of the Kingdom spreading to more areas.

If all the message of the Kingdom required was teaching the doctrine of the Kingdom we could do that in a week conference. However, the real Kingdom message is not in word only but in Power and Demonstration of the Spirit. In the last 100 years this was by the gifts of the Spirit but NOW it requires the Holy Place Life, Spirit, Truth and Reality of the Kingdom to manifest the Kingdom that we must preach to the whole world.

How do we know that? By the Pattern that God showed Moses on the Mountain of Sinai. The Tabernacle of Moses IS the pattern for the preparation for the Priesthood of Aaron which is a shadow of the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. This is the ONLY priesthood that can bring the “real and consecrated church believers” to the perfection of the Pure Gold Lampstand Church. Jesus is walking among those Lampstand Churches in Revelation 2 and 3 and He is Correcting and Perfecting them Himself. The New Covenant Priesthood functions in this Holy Place dimension as the Lord perfects, disciplines and qualifies them to be Priests after the exact same Divine Order as Himself.

It is my opinion that all this outward “Outer Court ministry” that I have done in the last 40 years will no longer be effective in the next restoration. To continue in this “form of objective ministry” will be a big waste of time and God will move on to other “Consecrated believers who will do His will.” This has been the pattern ever since the restoration that began with Martin Luther in 1517.

The great danger is that the leaders of the last restoration have always been the enemies of the next restoration. Even while they were fighting with God over the next restoration, they assumed they were holding the line with the revelation that God had given them and refused to advance or change their mind. For that reason many or most of those groups are stagnant, shallow and nearly blind today to any new truth. The Lutherans are still holding faithfully to repentance and justification by faith restored by their leaders but have rejected believer baptism that was restored by the ante-Baptists a few years later. The denominations have not moved on to the Inner Garments of the Priests or the “anointing upon” by the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. For that reason the “believers” have not grown, they are babies, they are shallow, ignorant, and have no desire to change, to know or to do His will. Therefore, God has moved on and not delayed His restoration process but had to choose others who were willing to change and develop the Life of that restoration.

This Is the situation that has arisen again in our day. We are privileged to be chosen to announce this present restoration. We have come to the time of the next restoration which is the Consecration Offering for the Priests. This requires that every Priest present / surrender his physical body to God to do His will. Why? Because it is in this body that we must do His will and if we retain our body it will be our option to do His will or NOT. If our body is wholly surrendered to God it will be His prerogative to direct it into His will and to complete His purpose. Even though we live in this body and in the natural it is ours to control, in the Consecration Offering we present it to God to do His will.

Hebrews 10:5 Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, “SACRIFICE AND OFFERING THOU HAST NOT DESIRED, BUT A BODY THOU HAST PREPARED FOR ME; 6 IN WHOLE BURNT OFFERINGS AND sacrifices FOR SIN THOU HAST TAKEN NO PLEASURE. 7 “THEN I SAID, ‘BEHOLD, I HAVE COME (IN THE ROLL OF THE BOOK IT IS WRITTN OF ME) TO DO THY WILL, O GOD.’” 8 After saying above, “SACRIFICES AND OFFERINGS AND WHOLE BURNT OFFERINGS AND sacrifices FOR SIN THOU HAST NOT DESIRED, NOR HAST THOU TAKEN PLEASURE in them” (which are offered according to the Law), 9 then He said, “BEHOLD, I HAVE COME TO DO THY WILL.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second.

Romans 12:1 I urge you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 6:22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life.

The casual, lukewarm, shallow way of serving God that is common in the visible church will no longer be acceptable to God. Why? Because God is moving the believer / Priests into Pure Gold Lampstand Church, which is only designed to be into the Holy Place. This Outer Court natural dimension of life and ministry must be laid aside as just the beginning and basic introduction to childish things. The time for the “ministries” to make this decision to surrender their whole being to God and to His ways and purpose has come. Until the “ministries” advance there is not much hope for the believers to advance.

It is certain that the pitiful condition in the visible church can be credited directly to the failure of the ministries to keep up experientially with the many restorations of God. Now we have arrived at a critical time for the church and the ministers! Those that have been chosen by Christ Jesus and the ministries chosen by the Father and the ones that have been anointed by the Holy Spirit and enabled to minister Truth by revelation MUST rise up in full consecration to do His will.

All the other self appointed ministers, those who have no personal revelation, those who have no outward anointing and no inward anointing should leave the ministry and get a job to support their family. They are not helping the church but are rather a great hindrance to the church going forward. These “hindrance ministries” can be found in every area of every country and are known by their fruit or lack of it. Of course the number of souls sitting in the pews is not the measure of fruit. The number of these souls living in and manifesting the Kingdom life and character and mature enough to do the Kingdom Ministry is the real fruit for this restoration of the Holy Place Life and Priesthood Ministry.

The experiential Kingdom of Priests after the Order of Melchizedek, the Royal Priesthood, and saints that can offer up spiritual sacrifices is the standard that God will hold this generation of Ministers responsible to complete. This “ministry” will require an “enslavement to God” and a full consecration to God as “Bondservants of Jesus Christ” if we are to be effective in completing the Purpose of God for our generation. The mechanical training of ministers of “how to do the ministry” has not been effective for many, many years but will be greater disaster in this restoration.

“I will dwell in them and walk among them” and “they shall all be taught by God” and “I will cause them to walk in My ways and they will be careful to keep My statutes and ordinances and do them” “and the Holy Spirit shall led them into all Truth” is the method by which God will complete His Purpose for the earth. Unless the ministries can develop people to mature into this realm of Holy Place Life and ministry we can assume the ministries have failed.

It is for that reason that I have assumed that my ministry of the last 40 years has failed. Even though I have wasted my life in fruitless activity I am now warning pastors in every place I go that they must NOT waste their lives but begin today to discover the real Priesthood Ministry after the Order of Melchizedek.
