450 1K Kingdom: Walking Through the Kingdom
The Kingdom And The Covenant - Part #2

In the last document we looked at the New Covenant as it relates to the Christian Life and the Kingdom. This still leaves us with an explanation of how the New Covenant fits into (1) the High Calling, (2) the Eternal Purpose of God, (3) the World yet to come, (4) the Tabernacle of God, (5) the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek, (6) the New Covenant Ministries, (7) the Church He is building, (8) the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, (9) the Fullness of Pentecost, (10) the Perfection of the Church and (11) the Restoration of All Things Spoken by the Prophets of Old and (12) the Sons of the High Priest! Can any of these thing be launched into our experience or have eternal relevance unless we have received the full provision of The New Covenant?

Each Of These Higher Callings Are Just Doctrines Or Concepts Unless We Are Experiential New Covenant Believers!

It is my theory that each and every one of these 12 realities can only be completed and fulfilled when we are experiencing the full provision of the New Covenant. Why? Because none of these things could be fulfilled through the Old Covenant. Each of these ultimate realities can ONLY become experiential within the New Covenant which is built upon better promises. This is why the New Covenant must first be our genuine experience before we can proceed into the reality of these other eternal dimensions. No one can possibly come to perfection by any other method than through the provision of the New Covenant. This lack of perfection was the weakness and uselessness of the Law and the Old Covenant! Neither the laws, carnal requirements, outward ordinances or earthly instructions could perfect anyone.

(1) The sacrifices could not perfect anyone

(2) The blood of bulls and goats could not take away sin.

(3) The blood of bulls and goats could not cleanse the conscience so we could serve the Living God.

(4) The gifts and sacrifices could not make the worshiper perfect in conscience.

(5) The Priesthood after the order of Aaron could bring no one to perfection.

(6) The Old Covenant could only establish Law which could not perfect because it could not impart life.

(7) The Old Covenant was weak because it could not deal with the flesh.

(8) When The Priesthood is changed there must be a change of the Law that established that priesthood.

(9) The Old Law was powerless to change us so it was weak and useless.

(10) The Priesthood after Order of Aaron was established upon the law of physical requirements and carnal commandments.

(11) The Old Covenant could only consecrate priests after the flesh to function in the earthly sanctuary. The same is true today!

(12) The Old Covenant made no opening through the third Veil into the Most Holy Place!

God has made a completely New Covenant to correct all the things that the Old Covenant could not provide. Therefore, if we understand the weakness of the Old Covenant and what it could NOT provide we will understand some of the provisions inherent within the New Covenant even though they may not be clearly stated. To ignore ANY provision of the New Covenant is really ignorant because that is the ONLY hope we have of fulfilling God’s Purpose.

For example; If the priesthood after the Order of Aaron could NOT bring anyone to perfection why would we even consider using any of it’s requirements as relevant for today? We do not need to speculate because it is also clear that New Covenant sacrifices combined with the Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek IS able to bring us to perfection. Then why would anyone reject this eternal King / Priesthood today? Maybe because of ignorance or simply because it doesn’t fit into our concepts, doctrines or traditions!

Heb 7:11 Now if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of it the people received the Law), what further need was there for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be designated according to the order of Aaron? 12 For when the priesthood is changed, of necessity there takes place a change of law also.

Heb 7:18 For, on the one hand, there is a setting aside of a former commandment because of its weakness and uselessness 19 (for the Law made nothing perfect), and on the other hand there is a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

Heb 7:28 For the Law appoints men as high priests who are weak, but the word of the oath, which came after the Law, appoints a Son, made perfect forever.

If we apply this to the CORPORATE SON ( Head and body) made perfect it will reveal the superior qualities of the New Covenant and the uselessness of the Law to develop, mature or perfect anyone, especially the sons of God. If we just insist upon our “doctrine” that no one is supposed to come to perfection, we can ignore this Kingdom requirement and remain unchallenged and unchanged!

Every deficiency that was inherent in the Old Covenant MUST be corrected within the New Covenant since it is clear that God’s purpose requires “perfection.” If the New Covenant CANNOT bring us to perfection what other hope have we been given?

(1) The New Covenant has been built upon better promises.

(2) It is administrated by a Son made Perfect forever.

(3) It establishes an Eternal Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek. ( King / Priest)

(4) It provides us with the Power of an Indestructible Life rather than just physical requirements and carnal commandments.

(5) The New Covenant contains the Perfect Sacrifice to make access through the Third Veil.

(6) The New Covenant Priesthood is held permanently and is Forever.

(7) The New Covenant brings in a better hope through which we draw near to God.

(8) The New Covenant priesthood functions out of the Sanctuary in the Heavenly Places.

(9) Only The New Covenant can make the Old Covenant obsolete and disappear.

(10) The New Covenant is not outward but Inward so it can bring to Perfection.

(11) Within the New Covenant the Carnal Outward Law has been replaced by the Kingdom Laws put into New Inner Man so Obedience is possible.

(12) The New Covenant, through the Divine Sperma of God, has provided us with everything necessary to do the whole will of God and fulfill His Eternal Purpose!

If the New Covenant has provided everything necessary to pass through every experience

in the Outer Court, pass through the Holy Place and then pass through the third veil and to come to Perfection, why has the visible church remained in the natural, carnal and earthly dimension?

Generally we can say “Because of immaturity or the ignorance of the ministries.” If the “five fold” ministries think they will “perfect the saints” without the New Covenant as their own actual personal experience there will be great disappointment!

If the New Covenant has provided for a single Spiritual Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek why has the church insisted upon a divided or dual priesthood of professional minister and laity? Why has the Kingdom of Priests been replaced with the kingdom of man and a hierarchy over the church instead of one Head over one body as the Bible reveals?

Obviously the New Covenant has been all but ignored except as an outward doctrine. Some even name their church “THE NEW COVENANT CHURCH.”

The New Covenant functioning as the power of an endless Life in each believer and making them ministers of the New Covenant has obviously been replaced with the pulpit and pew system seen in the visible church. Without the New Covenant as an inner reality we are without hope of coming to perfection and entering through the third Veil or fulfilling the purpose of God or bringing joy to His heart. One person here and another one there participating in the New Covenant cannot be God’s plan to build a Lampstand Church of pure gold. God is preparing a corporate body of Sons of the High Priest to function as an eternal Kingdom of Priests after the order of Melchizedek. These will always function out of the heavenly sanctuary now and forever. How do we know that? The Old Covenant had an earthly sanctuary and the New Covenant has a heavenly Sanctuary. Therefore, those who prefer the earthly sanctuary must be following the uselessness of the Old Covenant system of religion .

Since the only real choice we have been given is to live under the Old Covenant or to Live within the New Covenant, we must quickly decide which it will be! Why? There was no third choice given. The Galatians tried to mix the two Covenants but Paul tried to correct that error by confirming that they can never be perfected by the Law / flesh. Living by the Law is the same as living by the flesh and keeping or preaching “the letter” is just ignoring the Holy Spirit and the provision of the New Covenant. When we ignore either the Holy Spirit or the Spirit of Christ we are limiting ourselves to the Old Covenant which is limited to the Law, the flesh, the natural realm, human effort and the Letter which results in ministering death.

If we choose anything less than the New Covenant, we are rejecting any possibility of coming to perfection or participating in the Church He is building. Neither a “baby bride” nor an “defective bride” is in God’s plan for Jesus! It becomes clear that the 5 fold ministry must make these things very clear or they are NOT cooperating with Christ who is building His Church by perfecting the saints. The fact that some of these “apostolic ministers” are working in oppositition to the New Covenant reveals the fact that they are not included in the 5 fold ministry of Ephesians 4:11. Therefore, they must be connected to “another 5 fold ministry” that was designed by man and one that is not scripturally valid and has no vision of bringing the saints to perfection. I am guessing that these “ counterfeit ministries” are not recognized or accepted by God. Why? Because they are not part of the New Covenant ministry of the Spirit. But what if they are not part of the Old Covenant ministry either? Where could they function? Well, they must have invented another kind of ministry of their own choosing that functions in a different realm than the Better Covenant built upon Better Promises.

Just because someone teaches the scripture doesn’t mean they are ministering the New Covenant! Unless they minister words of Life, Truth and Spirit and not of the letter of the scriptures but minister the Spirit / Truth of the scriptures they are not New Covenant ministers .

Some think Jesus said “I must go away but I will not leave you as orphans I will send you a new book to read. It is not the Old Testament but it will be a totally New Testament that will tell you all about Me. Of course this will not help ignorant and unlearned fishermen who can’t read. However, in a few hundred years most people will be able to read. Until that happens I will raise up learned men of the flesh and they will teach you all things. I will raise up an aristocratic class of ministers who will guide you into all truth. I will give them special robes so you can recognize them and honor them. You must call them REVEREND to acknowledge that I sent them. They will establish fences to keep you on the road that they have chosen for you. This may seem confusing at first because each minister will establish his own set of rules and guide lines for his flock. This, of course, will cause much division and isolate some from the grace of God but that is the best I can do for you at this time.

It might be best for me to stay but after you get the BOOK and learn to read and make concordances and commentaries and dictionaries so you can understand the strange words, the church will really begin to grow in numbers. After that you can raise money and build huge edifices with My Name on it and multitudes will want to come to see what you have accomplished. After that you can design huge political rallies and at last change nations to become My people so I can be their God! At that time I will raise up learned men with Doctor Degrees who will become 5 star Apostles that will be able to teach each one to know God and how to walk in My ways. As my purpose unfolds they will establish new statutes and ordinances for you to fulfill so you will think you are serving me.

You will recognize when that time comes because the Prophets will be saying a new outpouring has come and you will dig out the old wells and the rivers of living water will once again begin to flow up from the earth and create rivers so fast that no boat with oars can go. The sad point I am making is that many “ministers” have no idea what the New Covenant really is or that it divides people into three groups. (1) The Unbelievers (2) The Old Covenant saints (3) The New Covenant saints.

It also divides “ministers” into three groups. (1) Unbelievers (2) Old Covenant/ Law/ Flesh / Letter/ Natural/ Ministers (3) New Covenant ministers that minister Spirit and Life!

If we enacted a new “ law of Life” and it specified that ONLY New Covenant ministers were permitted to minister in the pulpit, many churches would need to reexamine their hiring practices or close their doors. Then Bible Schools would need to focus upon making New Covenant Ministers rather than denominational or doctrinal / letter experts.

But what makes you so certain that we are really lacking New Covenant ministers and New Covenant people? Simply by listing the characteristics of the New Covenant provision. These must be actual inner life experiences. These are;

(1) God has removed the Heart of Stone from them. (Old Covenant)

(2) God has put a New Heart in them. (The New Covenant enlightenment)

(3) God has put a New Spirit in them. ( the Spirit of Christ)

(4) God has then put His Spirit in them. (The Holy Spirit)

(5) God { Himself} is causing them to walk in His ways. ( within the inner man)

(6) They are careful to keep His statutes and ordinances and do them. ( in the new Man)

(7) He has forgiven their sin and their lawless deeds He remembers no more. (Former manner of Life)

(8) God has written His Laws in their hearts. ( The Laws of the Kingdom Government of God)

(9) God has put His Kingdom Laws in their mind. (Comprehension)

(10) They no longer need men to teach them to know God. ( By inner Revelation)

(11) They shall all be taught directly by God. (By the inner anointing)

(12) God has given them one heart and one mind, then they have an inner witness that they are His people and He is their God. ( Acceptance into His Family)

While this short list is not all the provision of the New Covenant it is an example of how God must work all these things into our experience as quickly as possible! He will work as quickly as we surrender and permit Him to build up the New Inner Man. Why is this necessary? Because the New Covenant is designed for the new inner man who exists because of the Divine Sperma of God. It is this New Man that has eternal Life. If people are not informed of these essential experiences that are necessary to participate in the New Covenant they may waste their life in religious rituals and irrelevant things. We may refer to ourselves as “Christian” but if we have not been partakers in the New Covenant, we are just “Christian” in name only. We could be “doctrinal Christians” but not “experiential Christians.” It seems ignorant to stand in the pulpit and tell the congregation that we all are the body of Christ when many are not participants in the New Covenant!

If these 12 things is just a short list what are some of the other provisions of the New Covenant that was not specifically prophesied by the prophets of old? From Calvary onward into Pentecost and then through the Book of Acts many aspects of the New Covenant were manifested. Why wasn’t these things prophesied or identified as New Covenant? Because God wants us to see the actual experience of the New Covenant as it worked out into their experience instead of learning another concept that soon becomes another doctrine without Life or experience.

Here is the New Covenant demonstrated;

Act 4:27 “For truly in this city there were gathered together against Thy holy servant Jesus, whom Thou didst anoint, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, 28 to do whatever Thy hand and Thy purpose predestined to occur. 29 “And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Thy bond-servants may speak Thy word with all confidence, 30 while Thou dost extend Thy hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Thy holy servant Jesus.”

Act 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak the word of God with boldness. 32 And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul; and not one of them claimed that anything belonging to him was his own; but all things were common property to them. 33 And with great power the apostles were giving witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all. 34 For there was not a needy person among them, for all who were owners of land or houses would sell them and bring the proceeds of the sales, 35 and lay them at the apostles’ feet; and they would be distributed to each, as any had need.

Many have tried to duplicate this example in past generations and some even think this would be wonderful today. Nearly all attempts to duplicate this example have failed. Why? This is an example of the New Covenant as an actual experience. This is not just an example to be duplicated or another doctrine to be learned but a Life to be manifested! However, when the “experience” of the New Covenant is neglected the power inherent in the New Covenant will be missing. Many now are asking “Where is the power that we read about in early church?” The power of the Holy Spirit is manifested within the New Covenant provision! Is that power available to us today? Certainly! FIRST we must become experiential New Covenant believers.

We continually face the religious ignorance that is in the visible church today. Many boldly proclaim that we don’t need the power today because we have the Bible. Many preach that the Holy Spirit and His gifts were just given for a few years to get the church started but He was taken away when the last Apostle {John} died. The Bible has replaced the Holy Spirit.

In the cult I was in they said that the Holy Spirit is truth, Christian Science is truth; therefore, Christian Science IS the Holy Spirit! Some “church doctrines” today are just as silly.

John 14:16 “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; 17 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you. 18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

No one who understands anything about the New Covenant will believe that ANY item or provision of the New Covenant has been removed or that some part is no longer needed. Most groups that I have visited have no idea that there is a New Covenant except as a cliche or maybe as a very shallow doctrine. Very few actually teach that you MUST experience the fullness of the provision of the Covenant to experience the fullness of the power of the Covenant.

Most Bible believing groups are still confusing the Spirit of Christ [the New Spirit] with the Holy Spirit [My Spirit]. Most fundamentalists say “I received the Holy Spirit when I accepted Jesus into my heart.” Some even say that the Spirit of Christ IS the Holy Spirit. The New Covenant defines both Spirits as essential to the New Covenant experience.

Rom 8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.

1Pet 1:10 As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful search and inquiry, 11 seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. 12 It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven--things into which angels long to look.

In the same way that the Old Testament prophets prophesied by the Spirit of Christ who was in them, many modern day preachers also preach by the Spirit of Christ who is in them IF they are born again. However, the Gospel of the Kingdom is ONLY preached by the Holy Spirit sent down from Heaven when Jesus ascended.

Act 2:32 “This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses. 33 “Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear.

ANOTHER helper means there is going to be “another” or more than one. One is the Spirit of Truth which is identified as the Holy Spirit and the other one is “I will come to you.”

That “I” is not the Man Christ Jesus because He is seated at the right hand of God. Then what came? The Living and abiding Word of God {the Sperma} which IS the Spirit of Christ! This is the Spirit by which we are born again. If we have NOT received the Spirit of Christ, the Divine Sperma; Seed, we are not born again even if we believe all the doctrines and follow all the traditions.

1Pet 1:22 Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, 23 for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and abiding word of God.

Now we can offend many by confirming that receiving both the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of Christ is essential to be New Covenant believers. This, along with ALL the other provisions of the New Covenant, is essential for us to become part of the Pure Gold Lampstand Church. Do we need any of these things to be good members of the churches men are building. No! We don’t even need to be born again. All we NEED to do is believe their doctrines, be faithful to attend the meeting, support the ministry and promote the well being of the group. If we meet the requirements we can soon become leaders and make decisions for the group. We could even become the pastor and not even know there was a New Covenant.

2Co 3:5 Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, 6 who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

2Co 3:7 But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was, 8 how shall the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory?

To be a valid minister in the “church He is building” it is essential that we each become servants or ministers of the New Covenant. Anyone who thinks they are adequate in themselves to become “ministers” are eliminating themselves from the authorized ministry. Of course they can still minister “the letter.” They can minister facts, information, concepts, principles and death but NEVER Spirit and Life! Even the ministry of Moses came with glory so that is NOT the evidence. Even the ministry of death came with glory. Ministering Spirit, Life and Truth is the evidence of the New Covenant ministry. Ministering “death” to a group of people lined up in pews and calling that “church” is a fantasy.

Mat 26:28 for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.

To preach a salvation by the blood but ignore the New Covenant that was inaugurated by the blood is very common but this is one of the reasons the “visible church” no longer looks like the Lampstand Church that He is building. It is really sad to see men with zeal who are working and wearing themselves out building something that is in opposition to the church He is building. They are not building according to the blue print and are trying to build without a building permit. They are building with wood hay and straw and don’t know it!
